Abstract
Description
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 솔잎 추출액을 7년동안 저장 발효시켜 1,8-cineole/eucalyptol과 camphor 함량이 각각 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위장관 운동성 조절용 솔잎 발효액을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 상기의 솔잎 발효액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 건강식품을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 솔잎 추출액을 7년동안 저장 발효시켜 1,8-cineole/eucalyptol과 camphor 함량이 각각 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화 및 항세균용 솔잎 발효액을 포함한다.

- 솔잎 추출액을 7년동안 저장 발효시켜 1,8-cineole/eucalyptol과 camphor 함량이 각각 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화 및 항세균용 솔잎 발효액.
- 솔잎 추출액을 7년동안 저장 발효시켜 1,8-cineole/eucalyptol과 camphor 함량이 각각 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위장관 운동성 조절용 솔잎 발효액.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 솔잎 발효액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 건강식품.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 건강식품은 차, 생식, 육류, 소세지, 빵, 쵸코렛, 캔디류, 스넥류, 과자류, 피자, 라면, 면류, 껌류, 낙농제품, 스프, 음료수, 드링크제, 알콜음료, 비타민 복합제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강식품.
