Claims (10)
- 제1최외피와 제1중간층이 압출코팅방식에 의해 접합된 상지;제2최외피와 제2중간층이 압출코팅방식에 의해 접합된 하지;상기 상지와 상기 하지 사이에 위치하며 그라비아 인쇄방식에 의해 도포된 발열체; 및상기 발열체의 양끝 표면에 라미네이팅된 편조선을 포함하는 면상 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열체는,탄소화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 발열체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄소화합물은 우레탄합성 레진, 도전성 탄소 파우더, 첨가제 및 희석용제가 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1중간층과 상기 제2중간층은,부직포, 종이 또는 면사인 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1최외피와 상기 제2최외피는,PET, OPP 또는 나일론 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 발열체.
- 최외피와 중간층을 접합시킨 상지와 하지를 각각 제조하는 단계;상기 하지의 전 표면 상부에 그라비아 인쇄 방식을 이용하여 발열체를 도포하는 단계; 및전기에너지를 공급하기위한 편조선을 상기 발열체의 끝단에 라미네이팅 접착시키면서 상기 발열체가 도포된 하지와 상기 상지를 접합시키는 단계를 포함하는 면상 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 최외피와 중간층을 접합시키는 단계는,멜팅포인트 100℃∼170℃ 사이의 폴리올레핀계 수지를 이용한 압출코팅방식으로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 발열체를 도포하는 단계에서,상기 발열체는 탄소화합물이며, 그라비아 인쇄롤러 메쉬 80#∼150#를 이용한 그라비아 적층 인쇄방식을 이용하며, 상기 탄소화합물을 복층 구조로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 편조선의 접착은,폴리올레핀계 수지로 용융 접합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 편조선의 굵기 조절을 통해 적어도 1미터 이상 절단없이 시공이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체의 제조방법.
