Abstract
Description
본 발명에 따른 다른 응용예에서는 상기 버츄얼 영상은 뼈 또는 뼈조각의 포위면으로 구성되며, 포위면은 상기 축에 대하여 정렬된다.
Claims (11)
- A) 환자의 뼈(21) 또는 뼈 조각의 적어도 하나의 제1 의료 이미지(11)를 얻고;B) 제1 의료 이미지(11)를 일련의 데이타로서 컴퓨터(10)의 데이타저장수단(9)에 저장하는; 단계를 포함하여 구성되며,추가적으로,C) 제1 의료 이미지(11)를 컴퓨터(10)에 연결된 표시수단(32)에 디스플레이하고;D) 컴퓨터(10)에 연결된 제어수단(26)을 이용하여 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상을 생성하고; 및E) 상기 3차원 버츄얼 영상의 크기를 상기 제어수단(26)을 이용하여 상기 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각의 크기로 조정하는; 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,F) 환자의 뼈(21) 또는 뼈 조각을 제1 의료 이미지(11)와는 다른 각도에서 제2이미지(13)를 얻고;G) 제2 의료 이미지(13)를 일련의 데이타로서 컴퓨터(10)의 데이타저장수단(9)에 저장하고;H) 표시수단(32)에서 제1 및 제2 의료 이미지(11, 13)를 디스플레이하고;I) 컴퓨터(10)에 연결된 제어수단(26)을 이용하여 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상을 생성하고; 및K) 상기 3차원 버츄얼 영상의 크기를 상기 제어수단(26)을 통하여 상기 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각의 크기로 조정하는; 단계를 추가로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제어수단(26)을 이용하여 표시수단(32)에 나타난 제1 및 제2이미지(11, 13)중 적어도 하나의 이미상의 적어도 두 지점을 정의함으로써 표시수단(32)에서 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각(18, 19)의 축(16)을 재구성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자동 축 식별을 통하여 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각(18, 19)의 축(16)을 재구성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 버츄얼 영상은 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각(18, 19)의 포위면(25)으로 구성되며, 포위면은 상기 축(16)에 대하여 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 버츄얼 영상은 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각(18, 19)을 나타내는 바디로 구성되며, 바디는 상기 축(16)에 대하여 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,a) 수술 도구(22)의 일련의 이미지 데이타를 컴퓨터(10)의 프로세서(27)에 로딩하고;b) 표시수단(32)에 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각(18, 19)을 나타내는 상기 버츄얼 영상과 더불어 수술 도구(22)를 나타내고; 및c) 컴퓨터(10)에 연결된 제어수단(26)을 이용하여 표시수단(32)에서 상기 버츄얼 영상 또는 상기 수술 도구(22) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 영상을 옮기는; 단계를 추가적으로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서,d) 외과용 임플란트(23)의 일련의 이미지 데이타를 컴퓨터(10)의 프로세서(27)에 로딩하고;e) 표시수단(32)에 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각(18, 19)을 나타내는 상기 버츄얼 영상과 더불어 임플란트(23)를 나타내고; 및f) 컴퓨터(10)에 연결된 제어수단(26)을 이용하여 표시수단(32)에서 상기 버츄얼 영상 또는 상기 임플란트(23) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 영상을 옮기는; 단계를 추가적으로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 뼈(21) 또는 뼈조각(18, 19)의 관심 부위의 투시 영상(perspective view)을 얻기 위하여 제어수단(26)을 이용하여 표시수단(32)에 나타난 상기 버츄얼 영상을 회전시키는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 버츄얼 영상을 조정하고 임플란트(23)를 원하는 위치에 정렬하여 표시수단(32) 상에서 수술 과정을 시뮬렌이션하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,g) 관심있는 각 뼈(21) 또는 뼈 조각에 참조수단(1, 2)을 붙이고;h) 위치 측정장치(4)에 의해서 좌표계(3)에 대해 각 참조수단(1, 2)의 위치 및 방향을 측정하고;i) 투사축(12)과 투사면(7)을 갖는 모바일 X-ray 장치(6)에 고정 부착되어 있는 다른 참조수단(5)의 위치 및 방향을 측정하여, 상기 제3참조수단(5)에 의해서 정의되는 좌표계(8)에 대하여 상기 투사면(7)의 위치 및 방향을 알아내고; 및j) 수술도구(22)에 고정 부착되는 제4참조수단의 위치 및 방향을 측정하는; 단계를 추가적으로 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-ray 이미지로부터 뼈 또는 뼈 조각의 3차원 버츄얼 영상 구현방법.
