Claims (5)
- 베이스필름과;상기 베이스필름의 가로방향으로 소정간격으로 도포되는 카본층과;상기 베이스필름 양측에 빗형상으로 실버베이스트를 도포하여 형성된 실버층과;상기 카본층과 이격되게 실버층 위에 적층되는 구리박판과;상기 베이스필름과 접착되어 상기 카본층, 실버층 및 구리박판을 마감하는 마감필름을 포함하되,상기 빗형상의 실버층은 상기 카본층과 이격되어 베이스필름의 양단에 세로방향으로 형성된 빗대와, 상기 카본층과 접하도록 베이스 필름의 가로방향으로 소정간격 형성된 빗살로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카본층은 카본층 양단 세로방향으로 도포된 카본띠를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 빗형상의 실버층은 상기 빗대를 기준으로 상기 빗살의 반대측에 상기 빗살과 대응되는 보조빗살을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체.
- 베이스필름과;상기 베이스필름의 가로방향으로 소정간격으로 도포되는 카본층과;일단이 상기 카본층과 접하도록 상기 베이스필름 양측에 띠형상으로 실버베이스트를 도포하여 형성된 실버층과;상기 카본층과 이격되게 실버층 위에 적층되는 구리박판과;상기 베이스필름과 접착되어 상기 카본층, 실버층 및 구리박판을 마감하는 마감필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 카본층은 카본층 양단 세로방향으로 도포된 카본띠를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체.
