*일반적으로 농가에 생산되는 각종 곡물 또는 수산물들은 장기간의 저장력을 향상 시킬 수 있고 또한 농수산물의 변질을 막기 위해 완전히 건조시켜 판매하거나 또는 장기간 보관하게 되는데, 이는 대부분 농가에서는 야적지나 도로변에 돗자리을 깔고 각종 곡물을 펴 놓은체 건조시키는 것이 대부분이다.
