- 상,하수도관 등 유체의 이동을 안내하는 합성수지관에 있어서,상기 합성수지관은 섬유보강 플라스틱으로 구성되며, 평평한 면으로 형성된 내관벽(2) 및 볼록부와 오목부를 반복적으로 형성하는 파형의 외관벽(1)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하되,상기 섬유보강 플라스틱은 유리섬유 보강 플라스틱(100)으로써,상기 유리섬유 보강 플라스틱(100)은 열경화성 수지와 모래를 혼합하여 구성되며 처짐을 제어하는 기능을 수행하는 중심모르타르층(110);상기 중심모르타르층(110)의 내,외측에 융착일체화 되며, 역학적인 강도증진을 위해 유리섬유(121)가 삽입된 열경화성수지로 구성된 표피층(120);상기 내측 표피층(120b)의 오목부에 열경화성 수지와 모래를 혼합하여 구성되며 융착일체화 되어 내관벽(2)을 평평한 면으로 형성하는 내측모르타르층(130)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 외부 파형 섬유보강 플라스틱 관.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 표피층(120)에 유리섬유(121)를 삽입하는 경우 4방향으로 삽입하되, 원주방향, 길이방향 및 원주방향에서 길이방향으로 각각 30°~60°방향으로 유리섬유를 삽입하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 외부 파형 섬유보강 플라스틱 관.
