Claims (6)
- 인가되는 구동 전압의 크기에 대응하는 강도로 적외선을 방출하는 다수의 직렬 연결된 적외선 발광 다이오드의 열로 이루어지는 적외선 발광부;상기 적외선 발광부에서 방출되고 소정의 피사체에 의해 반사되어 촬상 소자로 입사되는 상기 적외선의 광량을 조절하기 위하여, 상기 입사되는 적외선의 광량을 지속적으로 감지하고 상기 광량에 대응하는 크기의 수광 전압을 지속적으로 출력하는 수광 회로부;전원부로부터 출력되는 직류 전압의 크기를 상기 수광 전압의 크기에 기초하여 지속적으로 제어한 후 이를 상기 구동 전압으로서 상기 적외선 발광부에 인가하는 구동 전압 출력부; 를 포함하는 적외선 조광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수광 회로부는 입사되는 가시광의 광량을 더 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조광장치.
- 인가되는 구동 전압의 크기에 대응하는 강도로 적외선을 방출하는 다수의 직렬 연결된 적외선 발광 다이오드의 열로 이루어지는 적외선 발광부;상기 적외선 발광부와 접지 사이에 설치되는 고정저항을 구비하며, 상기 공급되는 구동 전압의 크기를 조절하기 위하여, 상기 고정저항의 양단에 걸리는 전압 을 궤환 전압으로서 출력하는 궤환 전압 출력부;전원부로부터 출력되는 직류 전압의 크기를 상기 궤환 전압의 크기에 기초하여 지속적으로 제어한 후 이를 상기 구동 전압으로서 상기 적외선 발광부에 인가하는 구동 전압 출력부; 를 포함하는 적외선 조광장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 적외선 발광부는 다수의 적외선 발광 다이오드 및 고정저항이 직렬로 연결된 열을 다수개 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 궤환 전압 출력부는 상기 다수의 열의 상기 고정저항들로부터 출력되는 다수의 궤환 전압들을 수집하고 이 중 가장 큰 값의 궤환 전압을 상기 구동 전압 출력부로 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조광장치.
- 인가되는 구동 전압의 크기에 대응하는 강도로 적외선을 방출하는 다수의 직렬 연결된 적외선 발광 다이오드의 열로 이루어지는 적외선 발광부;소정의 피사체에 의해 반사되어 촬상 소자로 입사되는 상기 적외선의 광량을 조절하기 위하여, 상기 입사되는 적외선의 광량을 감지하고 상기 광량에 대응하는 크기의 수광 전압을 지속적으로 출력하는 수광 회로부;상기 적외선 발광부와 접지 사이에 설치되는 고정저항을 구비하며, 상기 공급되는 구동 전압의 크기를 조절하기 위하여, 상기 고정저항의 양단에 걸리는 전압을 궤환 전압으로서 출력하는 궤환 전압 출력부; 및전원부로부터 출력되는 직류 전압의 크기를, 상기 수광 전압 및 궤환 전압 중의 적어도 하나의 크기에 기초하여 지속적으로 제어한 후 이를 상기 구동 전압으로서 상기 적외선 발광부에 인가하는 구동 전압 출력부; 를 포함하는 적외선 조광장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 적외선 발광부는 다수의 적외선 발광 다이오드 및 고정저항이 직렬로 연결된 열을 다수개 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 궤환 전압 출력부는 상기 다수의 열의 상기 고정저항들로부터 출력되는 다수의 궤환 전압들을 수집하고 이 중 가장 큰 값의 궤환 전압을 상기 구동 전압 출력부로 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 조광장치.
