Claims (7)
- 측정대상인 물체의 표면으로 빛을 조사시키는 광원; 상기 물체의 표면에서 반사된 빛을 소정의 광감지면 상에서 검출하고 상기 물체의 표면과의 사이의 거리에 따라 상기 광감지면 상의 각각 다른 위치에서 빛이 수광되는 광검출수단; 상기 광검출수단과 상기 물체의 표면 사이의 거리가 소정의 거리(공칭거리)를 유지하도록 상기 광검출수단의 위치를 조절하는 구동수단; 상기 구동수단에 의해 상기 광검출수단이 변위된 거리를 측정하는 측정수단을 포함하는 형상 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 광검출수단은 CCD 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 광원은 상기 광검출수단과 하나의 패키지로 상기 구동수단에 의해 위치가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 측정 장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은 상기 광검출수단과 상기 물체의 표면 사이 거리가 소정의 기준거리일 때의 상기 광감지면 상의 빛의 수광 위치에 대해, 형 상 측정시 상기 광감지면 상에 빛이 수광되는 위치의 변위가 줄어들도록 상기 광검출수단의 위치를 바꾸는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물체의 표면 위쪽의 소정의 평면상에서 이동하며 빛을 조사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 측정 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은 상기 물체의 표면 위쪽의 소정의 평면에 대해서 수직인 방향으로 상기 광검출수단을 이동시켜 위치를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상 측정 장치.
