- 전극종류, 가공전압, 공작물 형상, 가공지점 및 전극이동경로를 포함하는 가공조건을 입력하는 데이터입력부, 가공조건이 세부적인 NC가공 데이터로 분류되어 저장된 데어터저장부, 가공조건 데이터를 데이터저장부로부터 활성화시키는 연산제어부, 가공조건 데이터에 따라 가공을 실행하는 방전가공부 및 가공조건 데이터와 가공상태를 나타내는 디스플레이부를 포함하는 CNC 세혈방전가공기에 있어서,상기 데이터저장부에는 데이터입력부에서 입력된 공작물 형상을 포함하는 CAD설계 데이터를 NC가공 데이터로 변환하는 데이터변환부가 구비되며,상기 디스플레이부에는 공작물 형상, 가공지점 및 전극이동경로가 표시되며,상기 데이터변환부에는 입력된 CAD설계 데이터를 분석하고 데이터저장부에 저장되어 있는 가공조건을 참조하여 가공순서나 가공경로를 추출하여 NC가공 데이터를 생성하는 CAM 시스템이 구비되며,상기 디스플레이부에서 표시되는 공작물 형상은 가공전 형상, 가공중 형상, 가공후 형상을 포함하여 누적적으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CAD데이터 입력에 의한 전 가공상태 모니터링 CNC 세혈방전가공기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이부에서 표시되는 공작물의 가공전 형상, 가공중 형상 및 가공후 형상은 각각 다른 색상으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CAD 데이터 입력에 의한 전 가공상태 모니터링 CNC 세혈방전가공기.
