Claims (6)
- 바탕챔버와 시험챔버내의 이물질 및 오염물질을 제거하는 챔버준비단계;상기 시험챔버내에 시험편을 설치하고, 시험챔버와 시험편이 설치되지 않은 바탕챔버를 밀폐시키는 시험편설치단계;상기 바탕챔버 및 시험챔버내로 동일량의 청정공기를 각각 공급하는 공기공급단계;상기 바탕챔버 및 시험챔버내 공간을 경유한 후 배출되는 공기를 출구에서 설정된 값에 따라 채취하는 공기채취단계;상기 채취된 공기로부터 유해물질을 포집하고, 이를 분석하는 유해물질측정단계;상기 측정된 바탕챔버내의 유해물질 측정값과 시험챔버내의 유해물질 측정값으로부터 시험편의 방산 유해물질 방출량을 산정하는 유해물질 방출량 산정단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 바탕챔버를 이용한 건축자재 방출 유해물질 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 공기공급단계는 유입된 외부공기의 습기 및 미세물질을 제거하는 필터링단계와,상기 필터링된 건조공기와, 건조공기를 이용하여 발생시킨 습한공기를 공기 혼합탱크내에서 혼합하여 청정공기의 온습도를 조절하는 온습도 조절단계와,상기 온습도가 조절된 청정공기를 유량계에 의해 시험챔버 및 바탕챔버내로 각각 공급하는 공기 유입단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 바탕챔버를 이용한 건축자재 방출 유해물질 측정방법.
- 유입되는 외부공기의 습도를 습도필터에 의해 조절하고, 습도조절된 공기내 미세물질을 완충필터에 의해 제거하는 공기유입부와,상기 공기유입부로부터 공급된 공기의 온도 및 습도를 온습도계에 의해 조절하여 설정된 값에 따라 공급하는 공기제어부와,상기 공기제어부에 의해 온/습도가 제어된 공기가 공급되고 내부에 시험편이 설치되는 시험챔버와,상기 시험챔버내로 공급되는 공기와 동일한 조건의 공기가 공급되고 내부에 시험편이 설치되지 않은 바탕챔버와,상기 시험챔버 및 바탕챔버에 각각 연결되고 시험챔버 및 바탕챔버를 거친 공기를 외부로 배출하는 외부 배출관과,상기 외부 배출관에 각각 연결설치되어 시험챔버 및 바탕챔버에서 배출되는 공기를 설정값에 따라 소정량 포집하는 포집펌프부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바탕챔버를 이용한 건축자재 방출 유해물질 측정장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서;상기 시험챔버 및 바탕챔버는 하나의 용기내에 기밀을 유지하는 차단벽을 설치하여 공간을 분리한 다음, 일측을 시편이 설치되는 시험챔버로 하고, 타측을 시편이 설치되지 않는 바탕챔버로 하여 일체화한 것을 특징으로 하는 바탕챔버를 이용한 건축자재 방출 유해물질 측정장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서;상기 일체화된 시험챔버 및 바탕챔버는 다수개가 연속적으로 연결설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 바탕챔버를 이용한 건축자재 방출 유해물질 측정장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서;상기 시험챔버 및 바탕챔버는 각각 서로 다른 다수개의 소형챔버로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 바탕챔버를 이용한 건축자재 방출 유해물질 측정장치.
