- 삭제
- 중심부에 통공이 형성된 캡 플레이트;상기 캡 플레이트의 통공을 가로지르는 전극 단자;상기 캡 플레이트의 통공과 상기 전극 단자 사이의 틈을 밀봉하는 가스켓;상기 캡 플레이트 하면에 설치되는 절연 플레이트; 및상기 절연 플레이트의 하면에 설치되어 상기 전극 단자와 통전되는 단자 플레이트를 포함하는 것으로,상기 캡 플레이트의 하면에 상기 절연 플레이트 일측면으로부터 상기 절연 플레이트 넓이의 1/3 이하의 거리에 위치하는 돌기부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 돌기부의 넓이가 상기 절연 플레이트 넓이의 2/3 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 캡 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 돌기부에 전극 조립체로부터 인출된 적어도 하나의 탭이 결합수단에 의해 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 캡 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 결합수단이 상기 용접 수단으로 초음파 용접, 레이저 용접, 저항 용접 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 캡 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 돌기부가 캡 플레이트와 일체로 몰드로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 캡 조립체.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 캡 조립체,양극 탭이 연결된 양극판, 음극 탭이 연결된 음극 판 및 상기 양극 판과 음극 판 사이에 개재되어 이들을 전기적으로 절연시키는 세퍼레이터가 배치된 전극 조립체; 및상기 전극 조립체가 수용되는 캔을 포함하며,상기 캡 조립체가 상기 캔의 상부에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 이차전지.
