Description
Claims (20)
- 네트워크에서 통신 세션의 라우팅을 위한 경로 최적화 방법으로서, 상기 네트워크는 복수의 액세스 네트워크들에 결합된 복수의 코어 네트워크들(core networks)을 포함하는, 상기 경로 최적화 방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 복수의 코어 네트워크 중 하나의 코어 네트워크에 대한 제 1 목표 매트릭스를 형성하고 상기 복수의 액세스 네트워크 중 하나의 액세스 네트워크에 대한 제 2 목표 매트릭스를 형성하기 위해, 복수의 목표 접근점들에 대한 복수의 가능 경로들을 결정하는 단계,(b) 상기 제 1 목표 매트릭스의 가능 경로 각각에 대한 대응하는 라우트 우선도 인자를 결정하고, 상기 제 2 목표 매트릭스의 가능 경로 각각에 대한 대응하는 라우트 우선도 인자를 결정하는 단계,(c) 상기 코어 네트워크에 대한 상기 제 1 목표 매트릭스로부터, 최적 라우트 우선도 인자를 갖는 상기 복수의 가능 경로들 중 제 1 가능 경로를 선택하고, 상기 액세스 네트워크에 대한 상기 제 2 목표 매트릭스로부터, 최적 라우트 우선도 인자를 갖는 상기 복수의 가능 경로들 중에서 제 2 가능 경로를 선택하는 단계, 및(d) 상기 통신 세션의 라우팅을 위해, 상기 제 1 가능 경로 및 상기 제 2 가능 경로에 기초하여 완전한 경로를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 경로 최적화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (b)는,(b1) 상기 제 1 목표 매트릭스의 각각의 가능 경로에 대해, 복수의 라우팅 변수들에 기초하여 대응하는 라우트 우선도 인자를 상기 코어 네트워크가 결정하는 단계,(b2) 상기 제 2 목표 매트릭스의 각각의 가능 경로에 대해, 복수의 라우팅 변수들에 기초하여 라우트 우선도 인자를 상기 액세스 네트워크가 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 경로 최적화 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 라우팅 변수들은 서비스의 품질, 통신 세션에 대한 대역폭, 라우트 복잡도, 상호 접속 비용, 라우팅 비용, 리소스 로딩, 리소스 가용성, 보안성, 데이터 크기, 유저 우선도, 및 트래픽 바이어싱에 대한 조작자 우선도를 포함하는 변수들의 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 두 변수들을 포함하는, 경로 최적화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 가능 경로들의 각각의 가능 경로는 완전한 경로이고, 상기 단계(d)는,상기 제 1 가능 경로 및 상기 제 2 가능 경로가 동일한 경로가 아닌 경우,(d1) 상기 제 2 가능 경로에 대한 라우트 우선도 인자가 상기 제 1 가능 경 로에 대한 상기 라우트 우선도 인자보다 더 최적인 경우에, 상기 제 2 가능 경로를 상기 통신 세션의 라우팅을 위한 완전한 경로로서 선택하는 단계,(d2) 상기 제 2 가능 경로에 대한 라우트 우선도 인자가 상기 제 1 가능 경로에 대한 상기 라우트 우선도 인자보다 덜 최적인 경우에, 상기 제 1 가능 경로를 상기 통신 세션의 라우팅을 위한 완전한 경로로서 선택하는 단계, 및(d3) 상기 제 2 가능 경로에 대한 라우트 우선도 인자가 상기 제 1 가능 경로에 대한 상기 라우트 우선도 인자와 동등하게 최적인 경우에, 상기 통신 세션의 라우팅을 위한 완전한 경로를 결정하기 위해 디폴트 선택을 실행하는 단계에 의해,상기 통신 세션의 라우팅을 위한 완전한 경로를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 경로 최적화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (d)는 제 3 가능 경로를 상기 통신 세션의 라우팅을 위한 완전한 경로로서 교섭하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 경로 최적화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (d)는 상기 제 2 가능 경로가 추가의 코어 네트워크 상호 접속부(core network interconnect)를 관련시키지 않는 경우에, 상기 제 2 가능 경로를 상기 통신 세션의 라우팅을 위한 완전한 경로로서 선택하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 경로 최적화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 경로 최적화는 복수의 목표 접근점들 중 제 1 접근점으로부터 제 2 접근점까지의 통신 세션의 핸드오프(handoff)의 라우팅을 위한 것인, 경로 최적화 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,단계 (a), 단계 (b) 및 단계 (c)를 포함한 액세스 네트워크 부분들의 후속 실행(subsequent performance)에 관한 제어는 상기 제 1 접근점을 제어하는 제 1 액세스 네트워크로부터 상기 제 2 접근점을 제어하는 제 2 액세스 네트워크로 이동하고, 상기 제 1 액세스 네트워크 및 상기 제 2 액세스 네트워크는 상기 복수의 액세스 네트워크 중 하나인, 경로 최적화 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,단계(a), 단계(b), 및 단계(c)를 포함한 코어 네트워크 부분들의 후속 실행에 관한 제어는 상기 복수의 코어 네트워크들 중의 제 1 코어 네트워크로부터 상기 복수의 코어 네트워크들 중의 제 2 코어 네트워크로 이동되는, 경로 최적화 방법.
