Claims (9)
- 제1 소다라임 글라스,상기 제1 소다라임 글라스 위에 형성되어 있는 알칼리 이온 차단막,상기 알칼리 이온 차단막 위에 형성되어 있는 블랙매트릭스,상기 블랙 매트릭스 위에 형성되어 있는 칼라필터,상기 제1 소다라임 글라스와 마주하는 제2 소다라임 글라스,상기 제2 소다라임 글라스 위에 형성되어 있는 무기 절연막 베리어층,상기 무기 절연막 베리어층 위에 형성되어 있는 박막트랜지스터,상기 제1 소다라임 글라스와 상기 제2 소다라임 글라스 사이에 개재된 액정을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 이온 차단막은 알루미늄 실리케이트 무기 절연막으로 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 절연막은 섭씨 150도 내지 400도 정도의 저온공정을 통해 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 절연막은 소다라임 글라스 위에 형성되어 있거나 상기 블랙매트릭스 아래에 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 또는 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 소다라임 글라스는 Na2O의 함량이 1wt% 내지 15wt%인 액정표시장치.
- 제2항 또는 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 절연막 베리어막은 알루미늄(Al), 알루미늄 옥사이드(AlOx), 알루미늄실리케이트(AlxSixOy), 징크옥사이드(ZnO) 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제2항 또는 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 절연막 베리어막 위에 형성되어 있는 유기막을 더 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기막은 파릴렌(parylene)으로 이루어져 있는 액정표시장치.
- 제2항 또는 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 절연막 베리어막 위에 형성되어 있는 하이브리드(hybrid)막을 더 포함하는 액정표시장치.
