- Ni-Ti파일의 표면에 TiN을 코팅함으로써 Ni-Ti파일의 표면결함을 개선할 수 있도록 하기 위한 치과용 엔진구동형 Ni-Ti파일의 피로파절 개선방법에 있어서,상기 Ni-Ti파일에 TiN을 플라즈마 아아크 이온코팅하되 온도범위는 25~100℃임을 특징으로 하는 TiN 피막 코팅법을 통한 치과용 엔진구동형 Ni-Ti파일의 피로파절 개선방법.
