Abstract

A sub frame structure of a vehicle is provided to secure the maintenance efficiency of an engine oil fan, to exclude interference with tires, and to improve structural strength of the sub frame. A sub frame structure of a vehicle comprises a main side member(5), a sub side member(7), and a combining means. The main side member is formed with two horizontal units(1) and a connecting unit(3). The two horizontal units are separated up and down in parallel to each other. The connecting unit links the two horizontal units at the outside of a vehicle body. The sub side member has a sectional structure inserted between the two horizontal units of the main side member. The combining means combines and separates the main and sub side members. The sub side member is formed like a staple to be inserted into the main side member to shape a closed section with two ends together with the main side member. The combining means has a weld nut(9) and a combining bolt(11). The weld nut is integrally welded with the main side member. The combining bolt is combined with the weld nut through the main and sub side members.
