Claims (5)
- 그라파이트를 이용하여, 제조하고자 하는 금형 혹은 금속부품의 반대되는 형상으로 가공함으로써 용사층을 형성할 수 있는 용사패턴으로 제조하는 공정;상기 제조된 그라파이트 용사패턴을 150 ~ 500℃로 예열하는 공정;상기 예열된 용사패턴상에, 300 ~ 550℃ 범위의 용사온도로 금속을 용사함으로써 금속용사층을 형성하는 공정;상기 용사온도를, 상기 용사층 형성시작 시점부터 마무리되는 시점까지 일정한 온도로 그 용사온도를 유지하는 공정; 및상기 형성된 금속용사층을 상기 용사패턴으로부터 분리한 후, 그대로 사용하거나 백 필링(back-filling)함으로서 용사금형 또는 부품을 형성하는 공정;을 포함하는 용사법을 이용한 금속금형 혹은 금속부품 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 용사면을 에폭시 수지, 에폭시 수지와 금속분말의 혼합물, 및 비스무스, 주석, 아연이나 이들의 합금중 선택된 1종을 충진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사법을 이용한 금속금형 혹은 금속부품 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용사패턴은, 상기 그라파이트를 소재로 여러 개의 파트로 분리하여 제조한 후, 이를 다시 조립한 조립체인 것을 특징으로 하는 용사법을 이용한 금속금형 혹은 금속부품 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 용사패턴에 금형의 형상을 2개 이상 형성한 후, 용사함으로써 용사층을 형성하고, 이어, 그 용사층을 절단함으로써 다수의 용사금형을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 하는 용사법을 이용한 금속금형 혹은 금속부품 제조방법.
