Claims (5)
- 스프링의 탄성력과 브라켓에 장착되는 모니터 본체의 자중과의 이루는 힘의 균형을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 정지위치로의 모니터본체의 높낮이 조절이 가능하게 구성된 평편형 모니터 높낮이 조절장치에 있어서,베이스에 장착된 안내대의 양측단 절곡안내홈부에 상기 모니터 본체를 장착하는 브라켓을 지지 및 승강되게 하는 승강대의 양측 절곡안내판부가 삽입 설치되게 하여 슬라이딩 궤도공간을 형성하고, 상기 슬라이딩 궤도공간내에 다수개 가이드롤들이 장착된 볼하우징을 갖는 합성수지재질의 슬라이딩 안내구가 삽입 설치되게 구성하되, 상기 슬라이딩 안내구는 다수개 가이드롤들이 장착된 상부 볼하우징과 하부 볼하우징이 연결부로 연결 구성하고, 상기 볼하우징의 가이드롤들은 슬라이딩 안내하는 다수의 기준 가이드롤들과 상기 기준 가이드롤보다 큰 직경을 가져서 제동 슬라이딩 안내하는 탄성의 억지 가이드롤로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 평편형 모니터 높낮이 조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성의 억지 가이드롤은 형상복원성과 탄성율이 있으며 내화학성이 있는 재질로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 평편형 모니터 높낮이 조절장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성의 억지 가이드롤은 원통형상으로서 무중공롤 및 중공롤중의 하나로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 평편형 모니터 높낮이 조절장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부 볼하우징 각각은 전후좌우면에 전후좌우 가이드롤들을 장착하고, 그 내부에 절곡레일홈을 구성하여서 상기 승강대의 "ㄴ"자 형상의 상기 절곡안내판부에 삽입되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 평편형 모니터 높낮이 조절장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부 볼하우징의 전후 가이드롤들 각각에는 탄성의 억지 가이드롤이 기준 가이드롤과 교차되게 배치하되, 전방 가이드롤의 탄성의 억지 가이드롤과 후방가이드롤의 억지 가이드롤도 서로 어긋나게 배치 구성함을 특징으로 하는 평편형 모니터 높낮이 조절장치.
