- 장방형상의 선재 형태로 제공되는 티타늄으로 된 모재를 상호 간격을 두고 배치되는 두 개 이상의 롤러로 구비되며, 상·하 간격을 두고 배치되는 것에 의해 이들 사이를 통과하는 모재에 대해 두께가 감소되게 압연을 실시하는 한쌍의 롤러로 구성되는 2단 압연기인를 통과시키는 것에 의해 단면적을 감소되게 소성 변형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 이형압면체 제조방법에 있어서,상기 2단 압연기는 성형품의 단면 모서리가 둥글게 소성 변형될 수 있게 모서리 부분이 곡면 가공된 장방형상의 성형홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 이형압면체 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 2단 압연기에서 상롤러는 모재가 접촉되는 대상면에 내측으로 곡면 가공되는 곡면 성형홈이 형성되고, 하롤러는 모재가 접촉되는 대상면에 사각 성형홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 이형압면체 제조방법.
