Claims (9)
- 화학식 1의 피엔비 티에나마이신을 염기 존재 하에 화학식 2의 벤질 포름이미데이트 하이드로클로라이드와 반응시켜 화학식 3의 피엔비 이미페넴을 제조하는 단계 1;제조된 피엔비 이미페넴을 분리함 없이 팔라듐 촉매 하에 수소화 반응시키고 용액의 pH를 6.50 내지 7.00으로 조정하여 화학식 4의 결정성 이미페넴을 수득하는 단계 2; 및상기 수득된 결정성 이미페넴을 물에 용해 후 역삼투(reverse osmosis) 방식에 의해 농축 및 결정화하는 정제 단계를 포함하는, 정제된 결정성 이미페넴의 제조 방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 1 및 단계 2가 특별한 분리 조작 없이 일련의 반응으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제된 결정성 이미페넴의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 1에서 사용되는 용매는 에틸 아세테이트, 테트라히드로퓨란, 아세토니트릴, 메틸렌디클로라이드, 1,2-디클로로에탄, 톨루엔 및 벤젠 중에서 선택되는 비양성자성(aprotic) 용매와 메탄올, 에탄올, 노말-프로판올, 노말-부탄올, 이소프로판올 및 이소부탄올 중에서 선택되는 양성자성(protic) 용매를 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제된 결정성 이미페넴의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 소듐바이카보네이트(NaHCO3), 소듐카보네이트(Na2CO3), 소듐하이드록시드(NaOH), 포타슘카보네이트(K2CO3), 포타슘바이카보네이트(KHCO3), 포타슘하이드록시드(KOH) 및 리튬하이드록시드(LiOH) 중에서 선택되는 무기염기로 pH를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제된 결정성 이미페넴의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 결정성 이미페넴의 정제 단계에서 이미페넴 수용액을 역 삼투(reverse osmosis) 방식으로 농축 후 수용성 용매에 의해 결정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제된 결정성 이미페넴의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 정제 단계에서 소듐바이카보네이트(NaHCO3), 소듐카보네이트(Na2CO3), 소듐하이드록시드(NaOH), 포타슘카보네이트(K2CO3), 포타슘바이카보네이트(KHCO3), 포타슘하이드록시드(KOH) 및 리튬하이드록시드(LiOH) 중에서 선택되는 무기염기로 pH를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제된 결정성 이미페넴의 제조 방법.
