Description
Claims (4)
- 밀폐된 내부공간이 저압부인 흡입공간과 고압부인 토출공간으로 구획되는 밀폐용기;상기 밀폐용기의 흡입공간과 토출공간 사이에 위치하도록 고정 설치되어 선회스크롤과 맞물려 연속으로 이동하는 압축실이 형성되고, 상기 압축실에서 압축되는 냉매를 토출공간으로 배출하는 토출구가 형성되며, 상기 밀폐용기의 흡입공간과 토출공간이 연통되도록 바이패스구멍이 관통 형성되고, 상기 압축실에서 관통되는 중간압유로가 형성되는 고정스크롤;상기 고정스크롤의 중간압유로에 연통되는 동시에 상기 바이패스구멍과 밀폐용기의 토출공간이 연통되도록 내부유로가 형성되어 상기 고정스크롤의 외곽면에 고정 설치되는 밸브블록; 및상기 고정스크롤의 바이패스구멍과 밸브블록의 내부유로 사이에 구비되어 상기 압축실의 압력 변화에 따라 상기 바이패스구멍과 내부유로 사이를 개폐하는 밸브부재;를 포함한 밀폐형 스크롤 압축기의 진공 방지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밸브블록의 내부유로는 밸브부재가 미끄러지게 삽입되는 밸브구멍과, 상기 밸브구멍이 밀폐용기의 토출공간에 연통되도록 관통 형성되는 토출압유로와, 상기 밸브구멍이 고정스크롤의 바이패스구멍에 연통되도록 관통 형성되는 흡입압유로로 이루어진 밀폐형 스크롤 압축기의 진공 방지 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 밸브구멍은 축방향으로 형성되고, 상기 토출압유로는 밸브구멍의 중간에서 토출공간을 향해 외측면으로 관통 형성되며, 상기 흡입압유로는 밸브구멍에서 고정스크롤의 바이패스구멍으로 관통 형성되는 밀폐형 스크롤 압축기의 진공 방지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밸브부재를 사이에 두고 중간압유로의 맞은편에는 그 중간압유로를 통해 밸브부재에 가해지는 중간 압축실의 압력에 대항하도록 밸브스프링이 구비되는 밀폐형 스크롤 압축기의 진공 방지 장치.
