Claims (4)
- 스크롤 압축기의 중압부(22)와 고압부(20)에 연통되는 제1 통로(50a)와, 상기 고압부(20)와 저압부(21)에 연통되는 제2 통로(50b)와, 고정스크롤(7)의 상부에 설치되는 밸브 블록(51)과, 상기 밸브 블록(51)에 설치되어 정상 운전시 상기 제1 통로(50a)는 개방하고 상기 제2 통로(50b) 폐쇄하며, 진공 운전시 상기 제1 통로(50a)는 폐쇄하고 상기 제2 통로(50b)는 개방하여 고압부(20)의 압력을 저압부(21)로 유통시켜 평압을 유지하는 진공방지밸브(50)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크롤 압축기의 진공방지 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진공방지밸브(50)는 상기 밸브 블록(51)에 상기 제1,2 통로(50a),(50b)와 연통되도록 형성되는 밸브실(52)과, 상기 밸브실(52)에 삽입되어 상기 제1,2 통로(50a),(50b)를 개폐하는 피스톤(53)과, 상기 밸브실(52)에 삽입되어 상기 피스톤(53)을 탄력 지지하는 스프링(54)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크롤 압축기의 진공방지 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 통로(50a)는 상기 고정스크롤(7)에 상기 중압부(22)와 연통되게 제1 연통구(55a)가 형성되고 상기 밸브 블록(51)에 상기 저압부(21)와 연통되게 제2 연통구(55b)가 형성됨과 아울러 상기 밸브실(52)이 상기 제1,2 연통구(55a),(55b)와 연통되게 형성되어 구성되며, 상기 제2 연통구(50b)는 상 기 밸브 블록(51)에 상기 밸브실(52)과 연통되게 제3 연통구(55c)가 형성되고 상기 고정스크롤(7)에 상기 저압부(21)(21) 및 제3 연통구(55c)와 연통되게 제4 연통구(55d)가 형성되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크롤 압축기의 진공방지 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 블록(51)에 상기 밸브실(52)이 수직으로 형성되고, 상기 피스톤(53)이 상기 밸브실(52)에 상하로 운동하도록 결합되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 스크롤 압축기의 진공방지 장치.
