Description
The present invention relates to a seedling pot made by recycling plant waste resources such as cellulose powder, wood chips, etc., and is made of waste materials generated after processing wood and plants. It is about a pure natural product seedling pot that can be used without being separated when transplanting to increase work efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.
Seedling pots are commonly used to grow crops in greenhouses in order to reduce the risk of freezing due to temperature changes and to ensure fast growth of the crops under appropriate conditions.
Most of them use seedling pot made of polyolefin resin which is inexpensive and easy to use, but it is difficult to separate and collect due to soil or fertilizer after use, which causes environmental pollution by landfill or incineration. It is becoming. Therefore, research on the method of manufacturing seedling pot using biodegradable raw material is being conducted, but the biodegradable raw material itself is often expensive, and it is disadvantageous in terms of price and synthetic resin seedling pot, and it is mostly not commercialized. In the case of seedling pots, problems may arise due to the change in the shape of the container due to watering during seedlings for a certain period of time.
As a prior art regarding the production of seedling pots using biodegradable raw materials, a method of manufacturing seedling pots using a raw material mixed with a peat moss and paper-reagent is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 1997-0025368. Published 2004-0016344 manufactures seedling pots made mainly of organic materials such as ripened compost, peat, and bovine soil, and mineral powders such as zeolite, cheonmaeam, and uiwangseok. Here's how. Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2001-0088499 discloses a method for producing seedling pots by mixing and processing rice husk, chitosan, stone powder, calcium carbonate, polymer adhesive, and starch paste, and Korean Patent Publication No. 2002-0068797 discloses rice bran and corn. The manufacturing method of seedling pot containing large, corn flour is shown. In addition, Korean Patent Publication No. 2004-0027261 proposes a biodegradable seedling pot prepared by adding organic and inorganic nutrients and detoxification ingredients to biodegradable materials and varying the thickness of each site. Seedling pots prepared by using are shown.
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an environment-friendly seedling port that does not interfere with the growth of plants using waste materials, does not generate waste, and does not require additional transplantation work.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention proposes a method for producing a biodegradable seedling pot using a plant-based waste resources such as sawdust, wood chips as a main raw material and a natural polymer as a binder.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a seedling pot of a natural product which is degradable in nature using a vegetable resource that is disposed of after processing as a main raw material.
In order to achieve this purpose, first, plant-based waste resources such as cellulose powder, wood flour, wood chips, etc., generated after wood processing in the market are purchased to remove foreign substances.
In the case of the finest wood flour, excessive addition may adversely affect the binding. Therefore, it is recommended to adjust the added amount to less than 20% .In the case of the wood chips with large particles, when excessively large chips are used, Also, since it adversely affects the binding, wood chips having a length of 5 mm or more and a particle diameter of 2 mm or more should be selectively removed or crushed.
The use of such plant-based waste resources has the effect of recycling resources that are discarded after use, and since organic ingredients are the main raw materials, they can be decomposed into organic components after transplantation and used as nutrients for plant growth. In addition, there is no need for a separate removal process to increase work efficiency, and there is an advantage of maintaining a moderate strength for a period of 3 to 4 months of growing seedlings in seedling ports before transplanting seedlings.
In addition, it is possible to exhibit proper adhesive strength by using an adhesive mixed with natural organic matter and does not cause secondary pollution because it is completely decomposed and absorbed into the soil when transplanting seedling pots together with seedlings.
1><Example 1>
The results of comparing the moldability by mixing cellulose powder, wood flour, and wood chips at different ratios and pressing the same at 120 to 150 ° C. for 60 seconds are shown in Table 1.
As shown in Table 1, the content of wood flour does not affect the molding up to 20% maximum, and the content of wood chips should not exceed 10%.
2><Example 2>
Comparison of the moldability of the seedling pots made after press molding for 160 to 220 ° C for 60 seconds by adding binders mixed at different ratios to the raw materials containing 5% wood chips, 10% wood flour and 85% cellulose powder Is shown in Table 2.
The addition amount was based on the case where the sum total of a plant raw material is 100 weight%.
◎ : 매우 우수, ○ : 우수, △ : 약간 우수, × : 미성형◎: very good, ○: excellent, △: slightly superior, ×: unformed
As shown in Table 2, the higher the content of rosin used as the binder, the better the moldability, and the total weight percentage of the binder should be at least 15% by weight based on 100% by weight of the plant-based raw materials. The seedling pot is formed. In addition, assuming that the same weight% was added, the moldability of the binder was better than that of using only one type of binder.
As described above, the pure natural product seedling pot according to the present invention is a seedling that can be decomposed in a natural state without causing environmental pollution by using raw materials such as wood flour, cellulose powder, etc. at low price and used as a nutrient source of a plant. Unlike seedling pots that use polyolefin resin as a raw material, the seedlings do not need to be separated and transplanted from seedling pots, which improves work efficiency and prevents damage to roots, thus reducing plant stress. have. In addition, by recycling the resources that are disposed of after wood processing, it is possible to obtain a resource saving and recycling effect.
