The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for forming a piece of plate glass on one or both sides of the plate glass and to enable continuous production of the plate glass, and more specifically, by a single process in a conventional furnace (Furnace) The present invention relates to a plate glass forming method and apparatus for forming a piece of glass on both sides of the continuous and conventional glass plate production process, which was inevitably produced, and only one side of the glass plate.
In order to protect privacy and enhance the aesthetics of the building, the glass plate with one or two sides is carved in various ways as a building material for interior and exterior of buildings, and demand is increasing rapidly. It is well known that producers are also trying various methods to increase production efficiency in order to meet the changing needs of consumers as well as the increase in demand.
In the case of the conventionally used method to explain by way of example, in the case of patterned glass in general, when the glass passes through the forming roller in the process of extruding the glass into a predetermined shape and shape in a liquid state, various patterns are formed or predetermined The method of forming a pattern through post-processing on the plate glass solidified to the specification has been used. However, such patterned glass can be produced through an automated process using a roller, etc., but it is possible to produce relatively large quantities, but most of them have to form small patterns repeatedly. Along with this, there has been a lack of provision for the unique piece of glass that consumers demand.
In addition, with reference to the accompanying Figures 6 to 8 of the conventional method and apparatus used to provide such sculpted panes, a heating panel (1) inside the furnace (910), which is not movable or limited in movement only, is first described. 930 is combined and mounted. In addition, after the
Plate glass produced through such a process is that the molding frame is mounted only on the lower part, so that the pattern can be formed on only one surface, and the opposite surface with the pattern will be uneven and uneven surface. There was a problem that the finishing should be done by the producer's separate process, and in the case of such a method and apparatus, only one piece of plate glass can be produced in one furnace. Hereinafter, the main terms used in the present specification will be described.
The strain point refers to the temperature at which the pane begins to deform due to heating and is usually about 490 degrees Celsius. Slumping point (Slumping Point) refers to the temperature at which the plate glass started to deform at the strain point is in close contact with the forming mold while sagging by gravity or weight, and generally corresponds to about 650 to 800 degrees Celsius . The softening point means the starting temperature for reaching the slumping point and sagging by gravity or weight, and the plate glass adhered to the molding frame again to solidify, which is generally about 575 degrees Celsius. . Finally, annealing point means a temperature of about 480 degrees from the softening point. In general, in the forming process of plate glass, the slumping point to the softening point is quenched, and then the quenching process is performed. It is unstable enough to maintain the transparency of the glass as well as its strength through a slow cooling process that lowers the temperature from annealing point to room temperature without removing the glass from the furnace. In addition, the temperature of each point or point specified above is a general light oil, it will be possible to vary the temperature according to the material or size of the glass plate.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a block diagram illustrating a slice plate glass forming apparatus according to the present invention, Figure 2 is a flow chart illustrating a slice plate glass forming method according to the present invention, Figure 3 is to complement the heating panel and the molding frame according to the invention It is sectional drawing explaining. Referring to the drawings in detail describing the present invention, firstly, the producer and the
The
In this case, the
4 and 5 are cross-sectional views illustrating the process of forming the sculpted plate glass according to the present invention, by dividing the code of the
4A is a state in which the plate glass, which is a raw material for shaping the plate glass, maintains its
The shape of each furnace described above and the shape of the conveyor apparatus may be changed or added according to the size and application. For example, the process of sculpting the upper surface of the plate glass by dividing the second furnace into the second furnace and the third furnace and the plate glass. It may be possible to separate the process into a slow cooling process, and in the case of the conveyor apparatus, at least one inside each furnace may be interconnected, or the first furnace, the second furnace, and the external conveyor apparatus may be configured as one large conveyor apparatus. It would be possible to do so. In addition, it is also possible that the user can proceed manually by using a shelf or the like by omitting the conveyor device outside each furnace (Furnace) of these conveyor devices.
In addition, the
So far we looked at the preferred embodiment according to the present invention in detail. The scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-exemplified embodiments, and if the technical spirit of the present invention is applied, all will be said to belong to the scope of the present invention.
It can be produced through automated processes using rollers, so it is possible to produce relatively large quantities, but most have no choice but to repeatedly form small patterns, and because the depth of the patterns is limited, consumers have various disadvantages as well as disadvantages in the three-dimensional pattern. The problem of the conventional patterned glass which could not cope with an original request,
The disadvantage of the fact that the pattern can be formed on only one side, and the opposite side with the pattern is that the surface is not smooth and uneven and has to be finished by a separate process of the producer, and in one furnace According to the present invention, which solves the problems of the conventional patterned cages and sculpted sheet glass, such that only the slate glass can be produced, such that the continuous production plant is impossible and the production efficiency is significantly reduced.
Both the continuous production process of the sliced glass and the two-side molding process of the sliced glass is possible, so that it is possible to produce and supply various sliced glass faster and cheaper.
