The present invention relates to a branch pipe repair member and a repair method, and particularly, a branch pipe repair member suitable for unmanned repair at a remote location more quickly and conveniently from a main pipe and a branch branch branched from the main building, and a repair method using the same. It is about.
In general, water pipes and sewer pipes buried underground frequently leak at branching points where pipes are branched. Such leaks may be due to failure in perfect construction or branching of pipelines during initial construction, or damage and breakage due to aging of pipelines after construction.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a repair member and a repair method for repairing the connection part of the branch pipe, but it is a recent situation that it cannot effectively respond due to many problems to be solved. The challenges to be solved are generally as follows.
That is, the repair work should be carried out in a non-excavation manner. This is to minimize the time and economic losses caused by the excavation.
In the case of a large pipe, there is a risk of human injury due to high water pressure due to a large amount of sewage (or upper part) and harmful gases present in the interior. do.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention as described above will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a partially cutaway perspective view of a branch pipe repair member according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of a branch pipe repair member according to the present invention, and FIG. It is a reference figure which shows the state in which an engine repair member was attached to the main repair member.
As shown, the branch
The branch
On the other hand, the outer
The sealing
The
The branch
Subsequently, the repair pipe repair method according to the present invention will be described.
5A to 5F are reference views for explaining the branch pipe repair method of the present invention.
As described above, the repair method of the present invention uses the main
To this end, before the main
Hereinafter, the branch pipe repair method of the present invention according to FIGS. 5A to 5F will be described step by step.
First, Figure 5a shows the dredging step to solve the inconvenience caused by foreign matters during the repair by washing the inside of the main building (P1). 5C shows the step of mounting the branch
Figure 5d shows the state in close contact with the inner wall of the main building (P1) while expanding the main building repair member (1) by operating the expansion device (3) of the repair device. At this time, the branch
5E and 5F show the branch
Thus, the branch
