Claims (2)
- 금형가공용 등의 공작기계에 의한 열체적변화에 따른 오차를 보상하기 위한 공작기계의 체적오차보상시스템에 있어서;상기 시스템은 가공중의 피가공물에 대하여 기상측정(On Machine Measurement) 수단으로서 상기 피 가공물의 측정을 3축(x, y, z)이 평행 이동식 탄성기구를 구비하는 스캐닝프로브를 구비하고,상기 스캐닝프로브의 각 축에 대한 변위량을 펄스(pulse)로 발생시켜 개인용컴퓨터로 전송하여 상기 공작기계와 데이터송수신하기 위한 인터페이스및 케이블의 통신수단과,상기 펄스 데이터를 해석하는 개인용컴퓨터 및 상기 개인용컴퓨터에 실장되는 상기 변위량의 펄스의 해석수단을 포함하는 프로그램을 상기 시스템이 포함하고;상기 프로그램은 측정단계에서는 입력점에 대한 측정 및 검사를 수행하여 측정결과를 실시간으로 보여주고 파일로 저장하는 단계,상기 변위량의 대량의 점군 데이터를 얻기 위해 상기 피가공물을 각각의 측정 영역으로 나누고 그 영역에 대한 연속 측정 경로를 생성하는 단계,상기 생성 경로를 따라 자유곡면을 측정하여 각 영역에서 얻어진 점군 데이터를 이용하여 곡면모델을 생성하는 단계,상기 변위량 펄스값에 기하여 기상측정으로부터 측정된 점군 데이터로부터 직접 매개변수형(parametric) 곡면 모델을 얻기 위하여 근사 곡면모델로서 xy 평면상에 일정한 간격(grid-interval)으로 격자점(grid-point)을 정의하고, 각 격자점에서의 높이값을 저장하는 자료구조를 가지는 Z-map으로 변환하는 단계,상기 변환된 가공형태의 피가공물의 검사되어 얻어진 변환데이터를 상기 공작기계로 피드백하여 수행하는 단계를 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 체적오차보상시스템.
