Abstract
Description
지반은 지역 특성, 기후 조건, 토질의 성질 등에 따라 그 구성이 다르게 되는데, 이 중 연약지반은 상부구조물을 지지할 수 없는 상태의 지반을 지칭하는 것으로, 주로 연약한 점토, 실트 등의 세립토, 유기질토 등으로 이루어지는 지반이고 압축성이 크고 지지력이 작아 역학적으로 불안정한 상태를 나타내므로 지반 상에 성토 또는 굴착작업을 수행하는 경우 지반침하 및 파괴가 발생하여 대책공법의 수립이 요망되는 지반이다.
또한 지반 안정화 공사, 예를 들어 도로 축조 등에 있어서 지반 안정화를 위해 자연에서 채취한 골재를 사용하여 시공하게 되는데, 이와 같은 골재의 사용시 외부로부터 지반 내에 물이 침투함으로써 지반의 강도가 저하되어 지반의 연약화가 이루어져 지반의 내구성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었으며, 자연 골재 채취로 인하여 자연 경관을 훼손하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
게다가 골재 등의 공사 재료를 원거리에서 운반해오는 경우 공사비가 상승하게 되어 비경제적인 문제점이 있었다.
또한 본 발명은, 미립자, 실트질, 유기질, 점토질 등 특히 이토질과 같은 연약지반이나 생활 쓰레기 지반 또는 산업폐기물 지반과 같은 불안정한 지반 등 각종 토질에 적용하여 시공할 수 있으며, 공사 현장 여건에 따라 공사 현장의 토양을 사용하여 시공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
한편 본 발명은, 공사비를 절감하여 경제적이고 친환경적이며, 안정화된 지반은 공사 현장에서 요구하는 지반 지지력과 내구성 등을 충족시킬 수 있으므로 지반 보강에 적합한 공법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
Claims (6)
- 점토질, 사질, 이토질, 유기질 등의 토양에 대한 보강충전제로서 시멘트에 대하여 산화규소(SiO2), 산화철(Fe2O3), 산화칼슘(CaO), 산화알루미늄(AL2O3), 황산(H2SO4), 산화마그네슘(MgO) 및 리그닌 술폰산염(Lignin Sulfonate)을 혼합하여 분말조성물을 제조하는 제1 공정,상기 분말 조성물에 대해 스테아르산염(Stearicate), 수산화나트륨(NaOH), 실리카(Al2O3SiO2)와 트리폴리인산염(Tripolyphosphate)을 혼합하여 이 혼합된 토양안정조성물을 제조하는 제2 공정,상기 토양안정 조성물에 대해 시멘트를 혼합하여 경화제(Ground Hardner, GH제)를 제조하는 제3 공정,상기 제3 공정의 경화제를 지반과 혼합하고 혼합된 토양을 공법에 의해 지반을 안정화시키는 지반경화 안정처리공법에 있어서,안정화시키기 위한 대상물인 피 지반이 일반토 지반인 경우,상기 경화제는 피지반토 단위중량에 대해 1~15중량비로 적용 혼합하여 포설 가압 고결하는 것과,상기 혼합된 토양의 함수율은 13~15%로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지반경화 안정처리공법.

- 점토질, 사질, 이토질, 유기질 등의 토양에 대한 보강충전제로서 시멘트에 대하여 산화규소(SiO2), 산화철(Fe2O3), 산화칼슘(CaO), 산화알루미늄(AL2O3), 황산(H2SO4), 산화마그네슘(MgO) 및 리그닌 술폰산염(Lignin Sulfonate)을 혼합하여 분말조성물을 제조하는 제1 공정,상기 분말조성물에 대해 스테아르산염(Stearicate), 수산화나트륨(NaOH), 실리카(Al2O3SiO2)와 트리폴리인산염(Tripolyphosphate)을 혼합하여 이 혼합된 토양안정조성물을 제조하는 제2 공정,상기 토양안정 조성물에 대해 시멘트를 혼합하여 경화제(Ground Hardner, GH제)를 제조하는 제3 공정,상기 제3 공정의 경화제를 지반과 혼합하고 혼합된 토양에 의해 지반을 안정화시키는 지반경화 안정처리공법에 있어서,안정화시키기 위한 대상물인 피 지반이 생활 쓰레기 또는 산업 폐기물 지반인 경우, 상기 경화제는 피지반토 단위중량에 대해 3~20중량비로 적용 혼합하여 포설 가압 고결하는 것과,상기 생활 쓰레기 또는 산업 폐기물이 혼합된 토양의 함수율은 12~16%로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지반경화 안정처리공법.

- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 혼합토 제조단계에서 상기 생활 쓰레기 또는 산업 폐기물과 혼합되는 토사는 상기 생활 쓰레기 또는 산업 폐기물 중량의 30~50중량비인 것을 특징으로 하는 지반경화 안정처리공법.
