Claims (9)
- 데이터 신호를 전달하는 복수의 데이터선, 선택 신호를 전달하는 복수의 주사선, 상기 데이터선과 상기 주사선에 양단이 연결되어 있는 복수의 화소, 상기 선택 신호를 생성하여 상기 복수의 주사선 각각에 상기 선택 신호를 순차적으로 전달하는 주사 구동부 및 상기 데이터 신호를 생성하여 상기 복수의 데이터선 각각에 상기 데이터 신호를 전달하는 데이터 구동부를 포함하는 발광 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부는,상기 화소를 충전하기 위한 프리차지 전류를 생성하고, 상기 프리차지 전류는 상기 화소를 방전하기 위한 프리디스차지구간을 포함하며, 상기 프리디스차지구간은 상기 화소에 충전된 전압에 대응되도록 설정되는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프리디스차지구간은 상기 화소에 충전된 전압이 모두 방전하는데 필요한 시간에 대응하여 설정하는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부는,상기 복수의 주사선 중 제1 주사선에 상기 선택 신호가 전달된 후, 상기 제1 주사선에 인접한 제2 주사선에 상기 선택신호가 전달되기 전에 상기 프리차지 전류 를 상기 제2 주사선에 대응되는 상기 데이터선에 전달하는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 프리차지 전류는제1 레벨의 프리디스차지구간, 제2 레벨의 피크디레이구간 및 제3 레벨의 피크부트구간을 포함하며,상기 제1 레벨, 제2 레벨 및 제3 레벨 순으로 더 큰값을 갖는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 데이터 신호는 상기 피크부트구간이 끝난 후에, 상기 데이터선에 전달되는 발광 표시 장치.
- 데이터 신호를 전달하는 복수의 데이터선, 선택 신호를 전달하는 복수의 주사선, 상기 데이터선과 상기 주사선에 양단이 연결되어 있는 복수의 화소를 포함하는 발광 표시 장치의 구동 방법에 있어서,a)상기 복수의 주사선 중 제1 주사선에 상기 선택 신호를 전달하는 단계 및b)상기 복수의 주사선 중 제1 주사선에 인접한 제2 주사선에 교차된 복수의 데이터선에 프리차지 전류를 전달하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 프리차지 전류는,상기 화소를 방전하기 위한 프리디스차지구간을 포함하며, 상기 프리디스차지구간은 상기 화소에 충전된 전압에 대응되도록 설정되는 발광 표시 장치의 구동방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 프리디스차지구간은 상기 화소에 충전된 전압이 모두 방전하는데 필요한 시간에 대응하여 설정하는 발광 표시 장치의 구동방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 프리차지 전류는제1 레벨의 프리디스차지구간, 제2 레벨의 피크디레이구간 및 제3 레벨의 피크부트구간을 포함하며,상기 제1 레벨, 제2 레벨 및 제3 레벨 순으로 더 큰값을 갖는 발광 표시 장치의 구동방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,b)단계 이후,상기 상기 복수의 데이터선에 각각 데이터 신호를 전달하는 발광 표시 장치의 구동방법.
