Claims (7)
- 입력축으로부터 출력축으로 동력을 가변적으로 전달하는 수동 변속기에서,입력축;그 변속비들에 의하여 변속된 동력을 선택적으로 전달하도록 상기 입력축에 선택적으로 치합되는 복수개의 구동 기어;상기 복수개의 구동 기어들과 대응하는 복수개의 피동 기어들을 포함하며, 상기 구동 기어들로부터 동력을 전달받는 출력축;상기 구동 기어들 중 어느 하나가 동력을 선택적으로 전달받도록 상기 입력축에 치합된 경우, 상기 입력축에 치합된 구동 기어와 상기 출력축의 회전수를 일치시키는 제1 싱크로나이저(synchronizer);상기 회전수가 일치된 후, 상기 동력을 전달하는 기어가 상기 입력축의 동력을 상기 출력축으로 전달하도록 상기 구동 기어를 상기 입력축에 치합시키는 복수개의 제2 싱크로나이저;를 포함하고,상기 제1 싱크로나이저는 하나로 구비되고,상기 제2 싱크로나이저는 상기 구동 기어의 개수로 구비되는 수동 변속기.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 싱크로나이저는,상기 입력축의 축방향으로 이동가능하도록 상기 입력축에 결합되는 슬리브(sleeve);상기 슬리브를 지지하는 키 어셈블리(key assembly);상기 슬리브와 결합함으로써 상기 입력축과 상기 출력축의 회전수를 일치시키는 싱크로나이저 어셈블리(synchronizer assembly);상기 슬리브로 동력을 전달하는 허브(hub); 및상기 입력축으로부터 상기 구동 기어로 동력을 전달하는 기어 클러치(gear clutch);를 포함하는 수동 변속기.
- 제1항에서,상기 제2 싱크로나이저는,상기 입력축의 축방향으로 이동가능하도록 상기 입력축에 결합되는 슬리브;상기 슬리브로 동력을 전달하는 허브(hub); 및상기 입력축으로부터 상기 구동 기어로 동력을 전달하는 기어 클러치(gear clutch);를 포함하는 수동 변속기.
- 제1항에서,상기 구동 기어가 설정된 변속단으로 치합되도록 작동하는 컨트롤 핑거 (control finger);상기 컨트롤 핑거의 작동에 의하여 상기 제1 및 제2 싱크로나이저를 구동하며, 설정된 변속단에 대응하는 복수개의 시프트 러그(shift lug);를 더 포함하는 수동 변속기.
- 제4항에서,상기 컨트롤 핑거는,상기 제1 싱크로나이저를 작동시키도록 구동되는 제1 핑거; 및상기 제2 싱크로나이저를 작동시키도록 구동되는 제2 핑거;를 포함하며,상기 시프트 러그는,상기 제1 싱크로나이저가 작동되도록 상기 제1 핑거에 의하여 작동되는 제1 시프트 러그; 및상기 제2 싱크로나이저가 작동되도록 상기 제2 핑거에 의하여 작동되는 복수개의 제2 시프트 러그 유닛;을 포함하는 수동 변속기.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 싱크로나이저 및 복수개의 제2 싱크로나이저 중 어느 하나는 함께 작동되는 수동 변속기.
- 제5항에서,상기 제2 핑거와 상기 제1 핑거는, 상기 제1 시프트 러그 및 상기 복수개의 제2 시프트 러그 유닛 중 어느 하나를 함께 작동시키도록 형성되는 수동 변속기.
