Claims (5)
- 호스트컴퓨터와, 상기 호스트컴퓨터에 개별적으로 접속되어 할당된 감시지점들의 접지상태를 검출하도록 되어 있는 복수개의 접지감시유닛들을 포함하는 접지시스템 감시장치에 있어서, 상기 접지감시유닛 각각은,전력 플랜트를, 원하는 DC 작동 전원장치로 전환하여, 상기 DC 작동 전원장치의 접지단자에 전력 플랜트의 한 접지선을 접속하도록 되어 있는 AC 전원장치;상기 할당된 감시지점들 중 하나의 접지로드와 접지 버스선에 접속되어 상기 DC 작동 전원장치의 표준접지를 기초로 상기 접지로드와 상기 접지 버스선의 접지상태를 검출하고, 상기 접지로드와 상기 접지 버스선의 접지상태를 표시하는 전기신호를 출력하는 선검출(pre-detection)회로;상기 선검출회로로부터 출력된 상기 전기신호를 완충, 증폭 및 출력하고, 상기 접지로드와 상기 접지 버스선의 접지 임피던스의 값을 표시하는 출력신호를 출력하는 버퍼회로;상기 버퍼회로의 상기 출력신호를 디스플레이 하는 디스플레이수단;설정 접지제어 목표값을 입력하기 위한 입력장치;상기 설정 접지제어 목표값을 상기 버퍼회로의 상기 출력신호의 값과 비교하여, 그 비교결과에 상응하는 신호를 출력하는 비교기;경보신호를 제공하는 경보수단;상기 비교기의 상기 출력신호에 의해 제어되며 상기 버퍼회로의 상기 출력신호의 값이 상기 설정 접지제어 목표값을 능가할 때 상기 경보수단을 구동시키는 구동수단; 및상기 버퍼회로의 상기 출력신호를 수신하여, 그 수신신호를 원격 호스트컴퓨터에 출력하는 통신회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접지시스템 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이수단은, 상기 버퍼회로의 상기 출력신호와 상기 설정 접지제어 목표값 사이에서 디스플레이하도록 개폐될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접지시스템 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이수단은 상기 버퍼회로의 상기 출력신호를 임피던스 값의 형태로 디스플레이 하도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접지시스템 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통신회로는 RS-242 인터페이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 접지시스템 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통신회로는 USB(범용 직렬버스)인 것을 특징으로 하는 접지시스템 감시 장치.
