Claims (3)
- ⅰ) 산화마그네슘, 이산화규소, 산화철, 알루미나, 산화칼슘, 산화칼륨 및 산화나트륨을 각 200~250 메시로 미분하여 혼합하고 여기에 토르말린 원석을 320~330 메시로 미분한 분말을 첨가하여 혼합 분말을 얻고,ⅱ) 광석에서 추출한 액상 세라믹에 티타늄과 노바론(은계 무기항균제)을 혼합하여 액상 세라믹 바인더를 제조하고,ⅲ) 상기 ⅰ)의 혼합 분말과 ⅱ)의 액상 세라믹 바인더를 혼합기에서 혼합 반죽하고 압축 회전 절단기에서 소정의 크기로 성형한 다음,ⅳ) 열풍 건조기에서 건조시킨 후 전기로에서 150~200℃의 온도로 0.5~3시간 열처리하여 다공성 환원 촉매제를 제조하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ⅰ)의 토르말린 첨가 전의 혼합분말은 산화마그네슘 36~53 중량%, 이산화규소 16~20중량%, 산화철 10~13중량%, 알루미나 6~9 중량%, 산화칼슘 3~5 중량%, 산화칼륨 0.1~0.5 중량%, 산화나트륨 0.5~1.9 중량% 및 강열 감량 11.4~14.6중량%으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 환원 촉매제를 제조하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ⅱ)의 액상 세라믹 바인더는 액상 세라믹 93~96.5 중량%에 티타늄 3~5 중량%와 노바론(은계 무기항균제) 0.5~2중량%을 혼합하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 환원 촉매제를 제조하는 방법
