Claims (4)
- 액정표시패널의 액정 주입구에 대면되어 상기 액정 주입구에 봉지제를 분사하는 봉지장치에 있어서,상기 봉지제를 저장하는 디스펜서와,상기 디스펜서로부터 신장되어 분사 압력에 의해 상기 봉지제를 상기 액정 주입구에 분사하는 봉지제 분사 니들과,상기 봉지제 분사 니들로부터 분사되는 봉지제의 흐름 및 튐 현상이 방지되도록 상기 액정 주입구 방향으로 고압의 가스를 분사하는 가스 분사 유닛을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 봉지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 분사 유닛은 상기 분사될 가스를 저장하는 가스 저장부와,상기 가스 저장부에 연결되어 상기 가스를 분사하는 가스 분사 니들과,외부로부터 상기 가스를 상기 가스 저장부에 공급하는 공급관을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 봉지장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가스 분사 니들의 가스 분사구는 상기 봉지제 분사 니들의 봉지제 분사구보다 아래에 위치함과 아울러 상기 봉지제 분사구를 향하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 봉지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고압의 분사 가스는 질소 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 봉지장치.
