Claims (3)
- 바닥판과 양측 수직판으로 이루어진 바디가 로커암샤프트에 회동가능하게 장착되고, 양측 수직판의 단부 상측에는 고속캠에 접촉되는 캠접촉부가 형성되며, 양측 캠접촉부의 하부에는 원형실린더가 형성되고, 일측 원형실린더와 상기 수직판에 형성된 로커암샤프트보스를 연결하는 사이드바디가 형성되며, 상기 로커암샤프트와 상기 로커암샤프트보스와 상기 사이드바디에는 상기 로커암샤프트의 내부 공간과 상기 일측 원형실린더를 연통시키는 오일공, 환형홈, 오일통로가 각각 형성된 고속아암과;상기 고속아암의 양측 수직판 사이에 위치되어 상기 로커암샤프트에 회동가능하게 장착되고, 상기 고속아암의 양측 원형실린더와 동일한 내경을 가진 롤러샤프트가 설치되며, 이 롤러샤프트에 저속캠에 접촉되는 롤러가 구비되고, 이 롤러의 앞쪽으로 밸브가압단이 형성된 저속아암과;상기 고속아암의 오일통로가 연결된 일측 원형실린더에 내장된 압축핀과;상기 저속아암의 롤러샤프트에 내장된 센터핀과;상기 고속아암의 타측 원형실린더에 내장된 리턴스프링을 포함하여 구성되는 자동차 엔진의 가변 밸브 리프트 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리턴스프링에는 상기 센터핀과 동일한 외경을 가지고 센터핀의 일단에 맞닿으며, 상기 리턴스프링이 내장된 원형실린더에 삽입되어 이를 따라 슬라이딩 이동되는 스프링캡이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 엔진의 가변 밸브 리프트 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고속아암과 저속아암의 로커암샤프트쪽 단부에는 상호 마주보는 스프링지지판이 형성되고, 이 스프링지지판의 사이에 로스트모션스프링이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 엔진의 가변 밸브 리프트 기구.
