Claims (10)
- 미생물의 존재 여부를 확인하기 위하여 액체 탄화수소 연료를 분석하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 연료 샘플을 유화제를 포함하는 수용성 희석제와 혼합시키고, 미생물의 존재 또는 부재를 검출하기 위하여 상기 혼합물 또는 이의 한 상(one phase)을 탄화수소 연료와 접촉하여 성장한 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 균질액을 항원으로 하여 제조된 항체와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 항체와 접촉하기 전에 연료 및 수용성 희석제를 결렬하게(vigorously) 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 유화제는 비이온성 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 유화제는 폴리옥시에틸렌 (20) 소비탄 모노라우레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 유화제는 0.01 내지 10%의 부피비 농도로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 연료는 390℃ 이하의 끓는점을 가지는 경-중급(light-middle) 증류 연료인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 미생물은 호르모코니스 레지내인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 탄화수소 연료에서 자랄 수 있는 미생물에 특이적인 항원 샘플, 탄화수소 연료와 접촉하여 성장한 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 균질액으로부터 준비된 항원, 상기 항원을 이용하여 제조된 항체 및 유화제를 포함하는 수용성 희석제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방법에 사용되는 검출키트.
- 액체 탄화수소 연료에서 성장한 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 균질액을 항원으로 이용하여 제조되는 항체.
