The hole has a diameter larger than that of the shaft, and smaller than that of the stopper. An insulating member is mounted on a predetermined part of the exhaust system. The insulating member includes a gasket, and a heat shielding plate. The bracket is fixed to the gasket by a bolt. The heat shielding plate is mounted on the gasket.
