Claims (4)
- 금형생산을 위한 노즐로서길이방향으로 길고 소정의 두께를 갖는 노즐몸체와;상기 노즐 몸체의 한면에는 소정크기로 노즐몸체를 관통하며 일렬로 형성되는 복수개의 노즐구와;상기 노즐몸체에서 상기 노즐구가 형성된 반대쪽에 함입되어 형성되는 충진대기부를 포함하며, 상기 노즐몸체는 상기 노즐구의 중심을 따라 좌우로 분할 되는, 분리형 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 좌우 노즐몸체는 상기 노즐구의 형성위치와 반대쪽면에서 상기 노즐구의 방향으로 함입되어 노즐결합홈이 복수개 형성되며,상기 분할된 노즐몸체를 결합하기 위하여 상기 노즐 결합홈에 결합하는 "ㄷ"자형의 체결용 블록을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리형 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 좌우노즐몸체의 하단에는 상기 충진대기부를 가로질러 볼트결합을 위한 좌볼트결합구및 우볼트결합구가 일렬로 배열된 상기 노즐구를 따라 복수개 형성되며, 상기 좌우볼트결합구의 사이에는 노즐의 간격을 유지하기 위하여 공동이 형성 된 와셔가 끼어지며, 좌볼트결합구, 와셔, 우볼트결합구를 가로질러 볼트가 체결되어 상기 노즐몸체를 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분리형 노즐.
- 제1항내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 노즐몸체의 경도는 HRc 90이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 분리형 노즐.
