Claims (8)
- (Ⅰ) 디이소시아네이트와 폴리올을 중량비 기준 50 내지 70 대 1로 반응시키는 단계(Ⅱ) 상기의 '(Ⅰ)'에서 얻어진 수득물과 비이온 계면 활성제를 중량비 기준 6 내지 12대 1로 반응시키는 단계(Ⅲ) 상기의 '(Ⅱ)'에서 얻어진 수득물에 알로파네이트 촉매를 첨가하여 반응시키는 단계(Ⅳ) 반응정지제를 첨가하여 반응을 종결시키는 단계로 이루어지는 다관능기를 갖는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 제조방법.
- (A) 디이소시아네이트와 비이온 계면 활성제를 중량비 기준 6 내지 12대 1로 반응시키는 단계(B) 상기의 '(A)'에서 얻어진 수득물에 알로파네이트 촉매를 첨가하여 반응시키는 단계(C) 반응정지제를 첨가하여 반응을 종결시키는 단계로 로 이루어지는 다관능기를 갖는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 디이소시아네이트는 1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산(HDI) 임을 특징으로 하는 다관능기를 갖는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 폴리올은 트리메틸올 프로판, 1,2,6-헥산트리올, 2,4-히드록시 메틸펜탄, 글리세린, 디트리메틸올 프로판, 테트리톨, 펜티톨, 헥시톨의 어느 하나 임을 특징으로 하는 다관능기를 갖는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제2항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 비이온 계면 활성제는 알릴 알콜을 출발물질로 하는 1작용성 비이온 계면활성제 또는 트리메틸올프로판을 출발물질로 하는 3작용성 계면활성제 임을 특징으로 하는 다관능기를 갖는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제2항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 알로파네이트 촉매는 아연(II) 스테아레이트, 아연(II)-n-옥타노에이트, 아연(II)-2-에틸-1-헥사노에이트, 아연(II) 나프테네이트 또는 아연(II) 아세틸아세토네이트, 틴(II)-n-옥타노에이 트, 틴(II)-2-에틸-1-헥사노에이트, 틴(II) 라우레이트, 디부틸틴 옥사이드, 디부틸틴 디클로라이드, 디부틸틴 디아세테이트, 디부틸틴 디라우레이트, 디부틸틴 디말레에이트 ,디옥틸틴 디아세테이트, 알루미늄 트리(에틸아세토아세테이트), 아이언(III) 클로라이드, 포타슘 옥토에이트, 망간 화합물, 코발트 화합물 ,니켈 화합물 또는 이들의 임의의 혼합물 임을 특징으로 하는 다관능기를 갖는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제2항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 반응정지제는 인산, 피로인산, 폴리인산, 디알킬에스테르, 모노클로로아세트산의 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 다관능기를 갖는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물의 제조방법.
