Claims (6)
- 액정패널 및 상기 액정패널로 각종 구동신호 및 데이터 신호를 인가하는 구동회로부를 포함하는 액정표시장치에 있어서,액티브 영역과 패드 영역으로 정의되는 액정 패널과; 상기 액티브 영역의 액정 패널 상에 제 1 방향으로 형성된 복수의 데이터 라인과; 상기 액티브 영역의 액정 패널 상에 상기 제 1 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 형성된 복수의 게이트 라인과; 상기 액티브 영역의 액정 패널 상에 형성되며, 상기 액정 패널 상에서 왜곡된 게이트 신호를, 상기 패드 영역에 형성된 복수의 Y-TAB 및 X-TAB을 통해 상기 게이트 신호를 출력한 구동회로부로 다시 피드백시키는 더미 라인을 포함하며,상기 더미 라인을 통해 피드백된 왜곡된 게이트 신호는 차동 증폭기에 의해 종폭 또는 감쇄되어 게이트 오프 신호로 사용되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 더미 라인은 상기 게이트 라인과 동일한 방향으로 배선하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 더미 라인은 상기 복수의 게이트 라인 중 첫 번째 게이트 라인의 전단과, 마지막 번째 게이트 라인 후단과, 첫 번째 게이트 라인과 마지막 번째 게이트 라인 사이의 임의의 게이트 라인 전단 중 어느 한 쪽에 배선하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패드 영역에는 상기 액티브 영역에 형성된 더미 라인을 상기 구동회로부와 연결하기 위한 보조 더미 라인이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 더미 라인은 상기 Y-TAB 및 X-TAB에까지 연장되며, 상기 연장된 더미 라인은 각 드라이버 IC의 출력 패드쪽에서 입력 패드쪽으로 배선되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
