Claims (5)
- 외관을 이루는 베이스 프레임;상기 베이스 프레임에 장착되어 상호 결합되는 상부 챔버 유닛 및 하부 챔버 유닛;상기 상부 챔버 유닛을 상하 이동시키는 챔버 이동 수단;상기 각 챔버 유닛의 내측 공간에 각각 구비되어 한 쌍의 기판을 고정하는 상부 스테이지 및 하부 스테이지;적어도 어느 한 챔버 유닛의 면상에 구비된 밀봉수단; 그리고,각 기판이 반입되는 측에 반입구를 가지면서 상기 각 챔버 유닛의 둘레 부위를 감싸는 케이스:를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는그 둘레 부위를 따라 기판간 합착이 이루어지는 부위의 관측이 가능한 투명 재질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는그 둘레 부위를 따라 기판간 합착이 이루어지는 부위의 관측이 가능하도록 투명 재질로 형성된 다수의 관측창을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는전체적으로 투명한 재질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,케이스의 둘레면 중 반입구가 형성된 부위의 반대측 면에는합착 완료된 기판의 반출을 위한 반출구가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 제조 공정용 기판 합착 장치.
