Claims (11)
- 직경보다 수 배 더 큰 높이를 가지며 동심의 중앙파이프 및 혼합기를 구비한 관상 반응기에서, 산소함유가스의 도움으로 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 중앙파이프의 하부 가장자리의 인접 부근에서 반응기의 바닥으로부터 상방에 위치한 혼합기에 의해, 중앙파이프 내에 하방으로 향하는 슬러지 유동을 형성하고, 산소함유가스를 슬러지 내로 공급하여 작은 기포로 분산시킴과 동시에, 상기 중앙파이프 외부의 상기 반응기의 바닥부에서 상기 슬러지 유동의 방향을 상방유동으로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙파이프로부터 배출되는 슬러지의 유량은 상기 중앙파이프 내부의 슬러지의 유량과 비교하여 두 배 이상으로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서. 상기 혼합기와 상기 중앙파이프 사이에 존재하는 단면적은 상기 중앙파이프에서의 단면적의 이분의 일보다 작게 되도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙파이프 내에서 하강하는 슬러지의 유량은, 상기 슬러지 내에 용해된 가스 기포의 상승율보다 빠른 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응기의 케이싱 내에서 상승하는 슬러지의 유량이 고형물 입자의 침전율보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙파이프의 인접 부근에 위치한 이중 작동 혼합기에 의해 상기 중앙파이프 내의 슬러지를 하방으로 흡입시키고, 혼합기의 만곡된 상부 블레이드에 의해 하방 흡입유동을 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 거의 사각형이며 직선형인 상기 혼합기의 하부 블레이드에 의해, 상기 슬러지 내로 산소함유가스를 분산시키며, 슬러지 유동을 상방으로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙파이프의 하부 가장자리는, 상기 반응기 바닥으로부터 상기 반응기 직경의 0.7 - 1.3 배의 높이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙파이프와 그것을 감싸는 반응기 케이싱의 단면비가 0.1 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합기와 상기 중앙파이프 사이에 존재하는 단면적은 상기 중앙파이프에서의 단면적의 최대한 삼분의 일이 되도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙파이프의 하부 가장자리는, 상기 반응기 바닥으로부터 상기 반응기 직경과 동일한 높이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지로부터 고형물을 침출시키기 위한 방법.
