Claims (6)
- 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극이 구비된 어레이기판;상기 어레이기판과 대향 배치되며, 수지 블랙매트릭스 및 컬러필터를 구비한 컬러필터기판;상기 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판 사이에 개재된 액정층; 및상기 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판의 각 외측면 상에 부착되며, 동일 방향의 투과축을 갖는 하부 편광판 및 상부 편광판;을 포함하며,상기 수지 블랙매트릭스는 상·하부 편광판의 투과축과 직교하는 방향의 투과축을 갖는 편광 기능이 부여된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 블랙매트릭스는 기폭제와, 모노머, 바인더, 솔벤트, 카본 블랙 및 첨가제로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 블랙매트릭스는 상기 모노머와 바인더의 구조 중에서 중합에 가담하는 이중 결합 구조가 편광된 빛에 반응하여 2+2 싸이클로에디션 결합을 하는 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 블랙매트릭스는 상기 모노머와 바인더의 구조 중에서 중합에 가담하는 이중 결합 구조가 캘콘 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 블랙매트릭스는, 편광된 빛을 만들어주는 편광기를 캘콘의 말단에 중합하여 제조하 모노머 및 바인더를 도포한 후, 편광된 UV를 조사해서 캘콘의 이중결합만 반응시켜 편광기들이 방향성을 가지도록 배열시켜 준 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 편광판과 수지 블랙매트릭스 및 상부 편광판은 그들 각각의 투과축들이 서로 엇갈려 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
