Claims (1)
- 함몰부를 갖으며, 상기 함몰부 및 이에 인접된 부분 상에 불소계 레진으로 표면 처리되어진 메탈 서스 커버(METAL SUS COVER)가 배치된 지그(JIG)를 마련하는 단계;상기 메탈 서스 커버의 가장자리에 실런트(sealant)를 도포하는 단계;상기 실런트를 매개로해서 상기 메탈 서스 커버 일측면에 ITO재질의 애노드 전극 및 캐소드 전극이 패터닝된 유리기판을 부착시키는 단계; 및상기 실런트가 경화되도록, 상기 유리 기판의 타측면으로 부터 자외선을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광소자의 제조 방법.
