Claims (3)
- 탄화로와, 상기 탄화로의 폐기물투입구와 연결된 폐기물투입장치와, 상기 탄화로의 열유입구와 연결된 열공급장치와, 상기 탄화로의 배기구와 연결된 배기장치와, 상기 탄화로의 탄화물배출구와 연결된 탄화물배출장치를 포함하는 탄화장치에 있어서,상기 탄화로는 외주부의 일단에는 폐기물투입구가 타단에는 처리물이동구가 형성되고 내주부의 내면 및 외주부의 표면에 다수의 내부 및 외부 이송블래이드가 부착되며, 상기 내부 및 외부 이송블래이드가 자체 회전 시 처리물의 이송방향이 반대가 되도록 형성된 회전드럼과, 상기 회전드럼 전체를 일정한 간격으로 둘러싸고 외주부 일단에 탄화가스배출구 및 탄화물배출구가 형성된 열전달드럼과, 상기 열전달드럼의 외주부를 일정한 간격으로 둘러싸고 외주부 일단에는 열유입구가 타단에는 배기구가 형성된 외부드럼을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 열공급장치는 연소실을 구비하며,상기 연소실은 상기 외부드럼의 열유입구와 연결되어 상기 외부드럼과 상기 열전달드럼 사이의 공간을 통하여 열풍이 전달되고, 상기 탄화가스배출구와 연결되어 탄화가스를 재연소하며,상기 배기장치는 배출가스 연소실을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전드럼 연속식 탄화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄화로는,상기 회전드럼이 외주부의 일단에는 폐기물투입구가 형성되고 타단에는 처리물이동구가 형성되며 내주부의 내면 및 외주부의 표면에 다수의 내부 및 외부 이송블래이드가 부착되고, 상기 내부 및 외부 이송블래이드는 자체 회전 시 처리물의 이송방향이 반대가 되도록 형성된 제 1 회전드럼과, 외주부의 일단에 처리물이동구가 형성되고 외주부의 표면에 다수의 외부 이송블래이드가 부착되며, 상기 외부 이송블래이드가 자체 회전 시 처리물의 이송방향이 상기 제 1 회전드럼의 외부 이송블래이드와 반대가 되도록 형성된 제 2 회전드럼으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전드럼 연속식 탄화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 회전드럼 연속식 탄화장치는 상기 탄화로를 복수로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전드럼 연속식 탄화장치.
