Claims (2)
- 파형강판(10)의 상부에 프리스트레스부(20)를 설치하여 보강하는 파형강판의 보강방법에 있어서,상기 프리스트레스부(20)는 드릴을 이용하여 파형강판(10)의 상부에 일정 간격을 갖는 관통홈(22)을 형성하여 앵커볼트(23)(23')를 결합시키는 앵커볼트 결합공정(S10)과;상기 관통홈(22)에 결합된 앵커볼트(23)(23')에 결속선(24)으로 철근(25)을 배근하는 철배근공정(S20)과;상기 철근(25)이 배근된 주위로 소정 넓이와 높이를 갖는 거푸집(30)을 설치하는 거푸집 설치공정(S30)과;상기 거푸집(30)을 관통하여 그 내부에 설치된 앵커볼트(23)(23')와 철근(25)에 결속선(24)으로 결합되어지는 프리스트레스바 설치공정(S40)과;상기 거푸집(30)의 내부로 콘크리트(26)를 타설하여 소정 시간이 경과된 후 거푸집(30)을 제거하는 거푸집제거공정(S50)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 박스형 파형강판용 보강방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 거푸집(30)을 제거하여 콘크리트(26)가 충분히 양생되어진 후 그 양측으로 노출된 프리스트레스바(27)에 와셔(29)를 끼우고, 조임너트(28)로 조여 콘크 리트(26)에 압축응력이 작용되어지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 박스형 파형강판용 보강방법.
