Claims (9)
- 아시비아 고시피 (Ashbya gossypii)를 배양하여 비타민 B2를 생산하는 방법에 있어서, 배양 배지의 탄소원으로 pH 6 내지 9가 되도록 전처리한 폐백토를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,전처리는 0.8 내지 2 mm의 체에 거른 폐백토를 2 내지 30%의 농도가 되도록 물에 현탁시킨 후 현탁액의 pH를 6 내지 9로 조절하면서 60 내지 100℃에서 30 분 내지 2 시간 동안 교반하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,교반된 현탁액에 유화제로서 트윈 80 (Tween 80) 또는 레시틴 (lecithin)을 0.5 내지 2 중량%의 양으로 추가로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,배양 배지에 1 내지 10 중량%의 폐백토를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,배양 배지에 젤라틴 및 CSL(corn steep liquor), 프로테아제 처리된 젤라틴 및 CSL, 대두유, 및 유화제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 성분을 추가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아시비아 고시피는 3 내지 5 중량%의 폐백토가 첨가된 배지에서 24 내지 32℃에서 3 내지 4일 동안 배양되어 활성화된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아시비아 고시피를 24 내지 32℃에서 140 내지 240 시간 동안 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,배양시 배지 내 유분 함량이 1% 미만이면, 폐백토를 추가로 첨가하여 유분을 보충하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법으로 얻어진 배양물로부터 비타민 B2를 정제한 후에 남은 부산물을 포함하는, 사료 보조 및 토양 개선용 조성물.
