Claims (3)
- 케이싱의 내부에 고정 설치되고 그 중앙에 축구멍이 형성되는 프레임;상기 프레임에 고정 결합되고 나선형의 랩이 형성되는 고정스크롤;상기 고정스크롤의 랩에 맞물려 선회운동을 하면서 연속으로 이동하는 압축실을 형성하도록 나선형의 랩이 형성되고 구동모터의 회전력에 의해 선회운동을 하도록 상기 프레임에 회전 가능하게 얹히는 선회스크롤;상기 프레임의 축구멍에 회전 가능하게 삽입되어 반경방향으로 지지되도록상기 구동모터의 회전자에 삽입되어 고정 결합되는 회전부와, 상기 회전부의 직경 범위 내에서 편심지도록 그 회전부의 상단에 돌출 형성되는 편심부가 구비된 구동축;상기 구동축의 편심부 끝단에 삽입 결합되어 상기 구동모터의 회전력을 선회스크롤에 전달하는 고정부시; 및상기 구동축과 고정부시의 경계선에 서로 맞물리도록 개재되어 상기 고정부시가 구동축에 대해 회전하는 것을 방지하는 고정핀;으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 편심 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동축의 편심부 외주면과 이에 대응하는 고정부시의 내주면에는 서로 합해 원형단면 형상을 이루면서 상기 고정핀이 삽입될 수 있도록 핀홈이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 편심 장치.
- 케이싱의 내부에 고정 설치되고 그 중앙에 축구멍이 형성되는 프레임;상기 프레임에 고정 결합되고 나선형의 랩이 형성되는 고정스크롤;상기 고정스크롤의 랩에 맞물려 선회운동을 하면서 연속으로 이동하는 압축실을 형성하도록 나선형의 랩이 형성되고 구동모터의 회전력에 의해 선회운동을 하도록 상기 프레임에 회전 가능하게 얹히는 선회스크롤;상기 프레임의 축구멍에 회전 가능하게 삽입되어 반경방향으로 지지되도록상기 구동모터의 회전자에 삽입되어 고정 결합되는 회전부와, 상기 회전부의 직경 범위 내에서 편심지도록 그 회전부의 상단에 돌출 형성되는 편심부와, 상기 편심부의 외주면에 평면지게 형성되는 제1 걸림면이 구비된 구동축;상기 제1 걸림면에 맞물려 구동축에 대해 회전하는 것이 방지되도록 그 내주면에 제2 걸림면이 형성되어 상기 구동축의 편심부 끝단에 삽입 결합되고 상기 구동모터의 회전력을 선회스크롤에 전달하는 고정부시;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 편심 장치.
