Claims (9)
- 부호 분할 다중 접속 기반 무선 통신 시스템에서 하드 핸드오프 후 이동국에 의해 전송되는 전력 레벨을 조정하는 방법에 있어서,다수의 하드 핸드오프 이벤트와 연관된 이동국 전송 전력 레벨 데이터를 포함하는 통계를 수집하는 단계와,상기 수집된 통계로부터 이동국 전송 전력 레벨의 프로파일을 생성하는 단계와,상기 프로파일로부터 적절한 전력 여유(power margin)를 결정하는 단계와,하드 핸드오프 후, 상기 이동국에 상기 전력 여유를 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적절한 전력 여유를 결정하는 단계는 상기 다수의 하드 핸드오프 이벤트로부터의 평균 전력 레벨 변화에 기초하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전력 여유는 상기 시스템의 부하 조건에 기초하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전력 여유를 적용하는 단계는, 상기 시스템이 높은 부하 조건에서 작동시에는 상기 전력 여유를 적용하고, 상기 시스템이 낮은 부하 조건에서 작동시에는 상기 전력 여유를 실질적으로 감소시키거나 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 복수의 기지국 및 상기 기지국들과 무선 통신이 가능한 복수의 이동국을 포함하는 부호 분할 다중 접속 기반 무선 통신 시스템에서 하드 핸드오프 후 이동국에 의해 전송되는 전력 레벨을 조정하는 장치에 있어서,다수의 하드 핸드오프 이벤트와 연관된 이동국 전송 전력 레벨 데이터를 포함하는 데이터베이스와,상기 데이터베이스 및 상기 기지국들과 통신하는 시스템 제어기 - 상기 시스템 제어기는 상기 전력 레벨 데이터로부터 상기 데이터의 프로파일을 유도하고, 하드 핸드오프를 위한 적절한 전력 여유를 결정하고, 상기 이동국을 서빙(serving)하는 상기 기지국에 상기 결정된 전력 여유를 송신하는 컴퓨터 프로그램 제어 프로세서를 포함함 - 와,상기 시스템 제어기로부터 수신된 상기 결정된 전력 여유에 기초하여, 상기 이동국에 의해 전송된 상기 전력 레벨을 조정하는 상기 기지국 내의 전력 제어기를 포함하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 데이터베이스는 상기 시스템 제어기에 위치하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프로파일은 하드 핸드오프의 통계 수집과 연관된 이동국 전력 레벨 데이터의 패턴을 나타내는 장치.
