Components and amounts of the soft contact lens according to the present invention are as follows.
The raw materials and components are 2-HEMA (98.7% 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 1.3% Ethylene glycol dimethacrylate), and AIBN (2,2'-Azobisisobutyronitrile) is used as an initiator.
In addition, the optimum radius of curvature is 7.80-9.40mm, the peak refractive index (Diopter) is ± 0.00 ~ ± 25.00 (25step), the weight is 0.02-0.04g, the thickness is 0.04-0.09mm.
Referring to the manufacturing process according to the present invention, after assembling the uneven core to the concave mold, the convex mold is assembled there.
Thereafter, polypropylene is injected into the assembled mold, and the mold is disassembled after a predetermined time.
When the mold is disassembled, the outer formwork and the inner formwork, which are injection moldings made from the mold, are manufactured, and the raw material is injected into the outer formwork.
After the raw material is injected into the outer formwork, the inner formwork is combined and cured at 100-110 ℃ for 7 minutes.
After the hardening of the raw material to separate the internal and external dies and to cut and remove the soft contact lens in the hardened state, the separation of the internal and external dies by pressing the cured injection molding with a press to separate the lens in the injection.
