Claims (6)
- 탄소나노튜브 정제방법에 있어서,(a)수직형 반응기 내부에 구비된 상하 이격된 하부필터 및 상부필터 사이에 탑재된 탄소나노튜브에 하부에서 상부로 향하는 에어플로우(air flow)를 주입하여 상기 탑재된 탄소나노튜브를 수직형 반응기 내부의 상하부필터 간의 공간 중에 분산되게 하는 단계; 및(b)상기 에어플로우에 의해 분산된 탄소나노튜브를 열처리하기 위해 상기 수직형 반응기 내부 공간에 열을 가하는 단계;를 포함하여 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 정제 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (a)단계에서 수직형 반응기 내부에 탄소나노튜브 조생성물의 탑재는 단속적으로 이루어지거나 연속적으로 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (b)단계에서 수직형 반응기 내부에 열을 가하는 방법은, 상기 수직형 반응기 몸체 외측에 가열장치를 구비하거나 상기 수직형 반응기 내부 공간에 별도의 가열장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 정제방법.

- 중공된 관형구조의 몸체를 갖는 수직형 반응기;상기 수직형 반응기 내부 공간에 하부에서 상부로 향하는 에어플로우의 주입을 위해 수직형 반응기 몸체의 하단부에 연결된 주입관;상기 수직형 반응기 몸체의 상단부에 연결된 배기관;상기 주입관 말단에 연결된 가스주입제어부; 및상기 수직형 반응기 몸체의 소정부에 배치된 가열장치;를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 정제장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 주입가스제어부는,상기 주입관을 통해 상기 수직형 반응기 내부로 주입되는 가스의 유량을 측정하기 위한 유량측정기;상기 주입관을 통해 상기 수직형 반응기 내부로 주입되는 가스의 유량을 조정하기 위한 유량조절기; 및상기 주입관을 통해 상기 수직형 반응기 내부로 가스를 주입시키기 위한 주입력을 발생시키기 위한 주입력발생기;를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 정제장치.
