Claims (11)
- 삭제
- OFDMA-TDMA 기반의 무선 인터넷 단말 장치에 있어서,QoS 정책에 관한 정보가 저장되어 있는 QoS 프로파일부;전송할 패킷을 상기 QoS 프로파일부에 저장된 상기 QoS 정책에 기초하여 분류하는 분류부, 상기 분류부에서 분류된 패킷의 폐기 여부를 결정하는 수락 제어부, 및 상기 수락 제어부에서 폐기하지 않을 것으로 결정한 패킷에 대하여 상기 QoS 정책에 따라 우선 순위를 부여하는 제1 우선 순위 제어부를 포함하며, MAC 계층에서 소프트웨어적으로 구현되는 MAC 소프트웨어부; 및상기 MAC 소프트웨어부에서 제1 우선 순위가 부여된 패킷으로부터 PDU를 생성하는 PDU 생성부, 상기 생성된 PDU를 미리 정해진 정책에 따라 우선순위를 결정하는 제2 우선 순위 제어부, 및 상기 제2 우선 순위가 부여된 PDU를 할당된 대역폭에 배치하여 전송하는 전송부를 포함하며, MAC 계층에서 하드웨어적으로 구현되는 MAC 하드웨어부를 포함하는 무선 인터넷 단말 장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 MAC 소프트웨어부는,상기 분류부에 의해 분류된 데이터를 구분하여 저장하는 QoS 큐; 및상기 수락 제어부에 의해 수락된 데이터를 우선 순위별로 구분하여 저장하는 우선 순위 큐를 더 포함하는 무선 인터넷 단말 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 MAC 하드웨어부는,상기 제2 우선 순위 제어부에 의해 부여된 우선 순위에 따라서 PDU를 순차적으로 저장하는 정렬 큐를 더 포함하는 무선 인터넷 단말 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 PDU는 MAC PDU이며,상기 제2 우선 순위 제어부는,상기 QoS 프로파일부와 독립하여, 상기 MAC PDU를 ACK 패킷, 관리 메시지용 패킷, 사용자 데이터 패킷 순으로 우선 순위를 부여하는 무선 인터넷 단말 장치.

- 무선 인터넷 단말 장치의 패킷 전송 방법에 있어서:QoS 정책에 기초하여 전송할 패킷을 분류하여 저장하는 단계;상기 분류되어 저장된 데이터의 수락 또는 폐기를 결정하는 단계;상기 수락된 데이터에 대하여 상기 QoS 정책에 기초하여 제1 우선 순위를 부여하여 순차적으로 출력하는 단계;상기 QoS 정책과는 독립하여 상기 패킷의 특성에 따라서 상기 패킷에 제2 우선 순위를 부여하는 단계;상기 부여된 제2 우선 순위에 따라서 상기 패킷을 순차적으로 정렬하여, 할당된 대역폭에 배치하는 단계를 포함하는 패킷 처리 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서상기 분류 단계, 수락 제어 단계, 제 1 우선 순위 부여 단계는 소프트웨어적으로 구현되며,제 2 우선 순위 부여 단계 및 패킷 배치 단계는 하드웨어적으로 구현되는 패킷 처리 방법.
- QoS 정책에 기반하여 패킷에 제1 우선 순위를 부여하고, 상기 제1 우선 순위가 부여된 패킷의 패킷 정보에 따라서 제2 우선 순위를 부여하여 상향 전송하는 무선 단말 장치에 이용되는 프로그램이 기록된 기록 매체에 있어서:QoS 정책을 QoS 프로파일로서 저장하는 기능;상기 QoS 정책에 따라 데이터를 분류하여 저장하는 기능;상기 분류된 데이터의 수락 또는 폐기를 결정하는 수락 제어 기능;상기 QoS 정책에 따라 상기 수락된 데이터에 대하여 제 1 우선 순위를 부여하는 기능을 포함하는 프로그램이 기록된 컴퓨터가 읽기 가능한 기록 매체.
