Claims (3)
- 실리카를 주성분으로 하는 감손우라늄을 함유한 폐촉매 처리방법에 있어서,중량비로 1~50%의 감손우라늄이 함유된 실리카 성분이 40~90%인 폐촉매 분말 1중량부에 탄산나트륨 또는 탄산수소나트륨 등의 나트륨화합물 0.1~4.0중량부를 넣어 균일하게 혼합하는 단계, 분말상태의 혼합물을 1,000~1,600℃의 온도에서 1~12시간 동안 반응시켜 가용성의 규산나트륨을 만드는 단계, 생성된 규산나트륨 1중량부에 물 0.1~5.0 중량부를 혼합한 다음 1~10atm, 10~200℃의 온도에서 액상 규산나트륨을 생성하는 단계, 액상 규산나트륨과 용해되지 않고 남아 있는 고체상의 물질을 고액분리기로 분리하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 폐촉매 처리방법.
- 실리카를 주성분으로 하는 감손우라늄을 함유한 폐촉매 처리방법에 있어서,중량비로 1~50%의 감손우라늄이 함유된 실리카 성분이 40~90%인 폐촉매 분말 1중량부에 수산화나트륨 분말 0.1~2.0중량부를 물 0.1~5.0중량부에 용해시킨 수산화나트륨 수용액을 넣어 균일하게 혼합하는 단계, 슬러지 상태의 혼합물을 1~20atm, 10~300℃의 온도에서 0.1~24시간 반응시켜 액상 규산나트륨을 생성하는 단계, 액상 규산나트륨과 용해되지 않고 남아있는 고체상의 물질을 고액분리기로 분리하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 폐촉매 처리방법.
- 고액분리기에서 분리된 제1항 또는 제2항의 고체상의 물질 1중량부를 수산화칼슘 또는 생석회 0.1~2.0중량부, 시멘트 0.1~3.0중량부 및 여액에 해당하는 액상 규산나트륨 0.2~5.0중량부와 함께 혼합하여 반죽한 다음, 1~20atm, 10~600℃의 온도에서 고형화하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 감손우라늄을 함유한 폐촉매 처리방법에 있어서 고액분리기에서 분리된 고체상의 물질을 고형화하는 방법.
